Joe Biden: ‘I’ll Kill Your Son’
Daily Beast ^ | 12/12/2014 | Olivia Nuzzi

In a speech Wednesday, the vice president recalled a moment from childhood when he ‘smashed [the] head’ of local bully—and then threatened to kill him.

Vice President Joe Biden said he once chased down a bully on his bicycle, physically assaulted him, and threatened to “kill” him—all in the name of protecting the honor of his sister Valerie.

~snip~

“I remember coming back from Mass on Sunday,” Biden began. “Always the big treat was, we’d stop at the donut shop…We’d get donuts, and my dad would wait in the car. As I was coming out, my sister [Valerie] tugged on me and said, ‘That’s the boy who kicked me off my bicycle.’”

“So I went home—we only lived about a quarter mile away—and I got on my bicycle and rode back, and he was in the donut shop.”

Biden remembered the boy was in a physically vulnerable position: “leaning down on one of those slanted counters.”

Sensing his opportunity, Joey Biden pounced: “I walked up behind him and smashed his head next to the counter.”

“I’m not recommending it,” he added.

“His father grabbed me, and I looked at his son and said, ‘If you ever touch my sister again, I’ll come back here again and I’ll kill your son.’ Now, that was a euphemism. I thought I was really, really in trouble… My father never once raised his hand to any one of his children—never once—and I thought I was in trouble. He pulled me aside and said, ‘Joey, you shouldn’t do that, but I’m proud of you, son.’”

I’d like to see Joe Biden and Si Robertson have a chat. Jack.

I’m not buying this. His dad probably said “Joey, this is a big f-—ing deal.”

I saw this liar the other day and saw that he must have used a whole bottle of botox..not a wrinkle on his stupid face..He must be getting ready to run for president. With these lies making him sound so rough..It was more than likely the other guy told him he would kill him..and I can bet the fool ran home and hid in the closet.

My father never once raised his hand to any one of his children—never once

This furthers my theory that liberals are the result of parents who never disciplined their children. They do not know what is right or wrong only what they feel to be right or wrong.

This could also explain the conundrum of how conservative parents can end up with liberal children.

Want liberal children who believe nonsense? Don't spank them, let them decide for themeselves if what they do is right or wrong.

I know not the origin of the Christmas Turkey colloquialism even though I have used it in the distant past on many occasions. These came to me in an eMail a while back, thought they were plausible. Enjoy.

A Shot of Whiskey:
In the old west a .45 cartridge for a six-gun cost 12 cents, so did a glass of whiskey. If a cowhand was low on cash he would often give the bartender a cartridge in exchange for a drink. This became known as a "shot" of whiskey.

The Whole Nine Yards:
American fighter planes in WW2 had machine guns that were fed by a belt of cartridges. The average plane held belts that were 27 feet (9 yards) long. If the pilot used up all his ammo he was said to have given it the whole nine yards.

Buying the Farm:
This is synonymous with dying. During WW1 soldiers were given life insurance policies worth $5,000. This was about the price of an average farm so if you died you "bought the farm" for your survivors.

Iron Clad Contract:
This came about from the ironclad ships of the Civil War. It meant something so strong it could not be broken.

Passing the Buck/Buck Stops Here:
Most men in the early west carried a jack knife made by the Buck knife company. When playing poker it as common to place one of these Buck knives in front of the dealer so that everyone knew who he was. When it was time for a new dealer the deck of cards and the knife were given to the new dealer. If this person didn't want to deal he would "pass the buck" to the next player. If that player accepted then "the buck stopped there".

Riff Raff:
The Mississippi River was the main way of traveling from north to south. Riverboats carried passengers and freight but they were expensive so most people used rafts. Everything had the right of way over rafts which were considered cheap. The steering oar on the rafts was called a "riff" and this transposed into riff-raff, meaning low class.

Cobweb:
The Old English word for "spider" was "cob".

Fiction, Uncle Joe. Nothing but poorly written fiction.
Everytime he tells that story the details change.

We need the entire cast of Hee Haw saying in unison “Bull Sh#t”.

This was after Mass huh?

Joe would have had a donut and told the other kid his sister had it coming.

Probably never really happened, but that is the way to handle bullies — bet the living crap out of them.

Of course, being a liberal, Joe is a bully. That’s who liberals are — mean-spirited, arrogant, condescending, ill-tempered, narrow-minded bullies.

“I remember coming back from Mass on Sunday,” Biden began.

Now, he’s busy aborting babies.
So he hasn’t changed much - why bother going to Mass?

It's possible for something like this to happen...when my boys were in their grade school, there was a known drug dealer that would frequent the school area near dismissal time...I found out who he was and confronted him one afternoon....I advised him that I was on the lookout and if I ever saw him again stalking the school, I'd kill him.

He had no idea of who I was, but I NEVER saw him again...ever.
