Ignorance or blackmail cannot explain this traitorous act, it can only be explained if you understand it was the plan all along. Gohmert and Bachman on FOX last night said this deal was drawn up months ago, they suggested some better options to Boehner and he just ignored them as if the deal was already done.
They are not stupid and I doubt blackmail ever enters into it, they just happen to be playing a different game than we are.
Sean Hannity is pretty ticked off today too.

Peter Hitchens wrote a column about the imaginary differences between the UK’s major parties and how their propaganda machines exaggerate them to herd voters into supporting big parties that are nothing.
It goes on in this country, too. Obama has been portrayed as a Communist yet now he’s supporting a bill to relax regulation of the banking industry along with Boehner.
Didn’t George W Bush and the Democrats give them a big enough break with the TARP bailout on our backs in 2008?
In 1968 George W. Wallace ran as a third party candidate for president and said regarding Republicans and Democrats:
“There’s not a dime’s worth of difference between them.”
Wallace got that right. I figure there’s a nickel of difference at best. And that mean’s nothing.
A new party that appeals to disaffected Dems and Reps like UKIP does with Conservative and Labour voters in the UK has a shot at success....
