Illegal Immigrant Sues Border Patrol Over Dog Bites Sustained During Drug Arrest
Inquisiter ^ | December 11, 2014

Illegal immigrant Jose Manuel Marino-Najera is suing the Border Patrol over dog bites he sustained after entering America illegally and carrying drugs into the country. Marino-Najera claims his human rights were violated after United States Border Patrol officers unleashed canine agents on him before he was arrested on a “cartel controlled” section of the Mexican border.

Jose Manuel Marino-Najera reportedly became an illegal immigrant after choosing to have coyotes – human smugglers, help him get across the U.S. border with Mexico. To garner the help of the coyotes, Marino-Najera allegedly had to agree to tote a large bag full of marijuana for the drug cartel.

A band of illegal immigrants made it into Arizona and reportedly decided to get some rest beneath a tree while recovering from alleged dehydration. Jose Manual Marino-Najera and his fellow border crossers fell asleep under the Arizona tree and were awakened only after a Border Patrol dog bounded onto the scene and began sniffing at the bags of marijuana.

Illegal immigration undermines the most basic structures of society that professes to be based on the respect of and the rule of law. A person who enters the country illegally in the process of transporting drugs can sue the America legal system(and the taxpayer). I’m beyond angry any more.I’m fed up and exhausted. What the f**@ is the point of having laws anymore? We have a criminal president who makes his own laws and the Constitution be damned. He’s about to ram through an illegal amnesty which besides conferring instant citizenship on border-jumping, arrogant beggars , will entitle them to instant Social Security benefits. Illegal aliens are now represented without being taxed and citizens are taxed without representation all thanks to a gutless, do-nothing Congress. It galls me to no end how these illegals and their enablers are trying to destroy the notion of sovereignty and citizenship and yet demand to be made citizens. Can someone explain that one to me? Sovereignty is supposed to invoke the image of a sovereign state, a nation with a populace of unified citizens. We’re no longer anything resembling that. We’re an un-assimilated boarding house for the Third World.

Oh, you mean the one that sleeps on our couch during the day? Retired DOE bomb sniffer. Nice teeth. Likes Mexican food, preferable running food.

Now you know why my neighborhood is so peaceful and drug free.

“Take a bite out of crime, bite a drug smuggler” and their shister lawyers.

Sounds like a worthwhile cause to me. Maybe we can get you funded with.....wait for it... Kickstarter!

Brilliantly articulated!

Why aren’t our politicians saying the same thing? Why isn’t anyone standing up for our country?

The last time we were taxed without representation, we found a solution...

“I hope the dogs are OK...”

LOL!

Luckily, dogs can’t catch very many diseases from humans.

This is the sleaze bag lawyer:

Attorney William Risner

“Bill Riser a Marino’s attorney has already affirmed that Marino-Najera is entitled to suing the government based on the fact that g he was bitten on U.S soil where the constitution applies regardless of him being a citizen or not.

“When you’re in this country, the Constitution applies to you,” Bill Risner, Marino’s attorney, told The Daily Beast. “He can sue under the same circumstances that a U.S. citizen can sue if they’re mistreated.”

As a Tucson-based personal-injury lawyer, Risner frequently encounters cases involving Mexican nationals who have been shot, injured, or otherwise mistreated by U.S. Border Patrol agents. He said he currently has three Border Patrol shooting cases pending, including one in which his client was allegedly shot in the back four times by a Border Patrol agent. He survived, Risner says, but was left permanently injured by a bullet to his spine.

“The Border Patrol is taught to kill people,” Risner said. “I guess the word sort of gets out that I’m not afraid to sue them.”

“To let the dog chew on him and chew on him when he’s screaming, that’s wrong.”

That’s why, after a representative from the Mexican consulate met with Marino, who was ultimately apprehended and detained in Arizona for a brief period, the consulate referred his case to Risner.”

Illegal Alien Convicted Drug Smuggler Mauled By Border Patrol Dog is Suing US For $1 Million

Grab some duct tape to wrap around your head for this one…

This illegal alien broke the law to get into the US to smuggle drugs for which he was convicted. In the process of his apprehension a Border Patrol dog bit him… oooh booohooo boo boo! Only in America could an illegal alien drug smuggler sue the nation for medical expenses, severe pain, emotional suffering and lost income! LOST INCOME!!! This illegal alien is a drug smuggler, since when can someone let alone taxpayers be held responsible for a crooks lost income!?!? I don’t know what is more offensive, the lawsuit or that we have people in this country like Bill Risner ready to not only defend illegal alien criminals but go a step further and sue the country on their behalf!

The Constitution was an ingenious creation but it is abused 24/7 by people who are not even US citizens. This partly due to jerks like Eric Holder who have perverted the justice system wanting to give rights to terrorists and illegals or liberal attorneys like this Bill Risner, who represents the illegal, Cavuto painfully had to interview. Maybe it’s time for the Constitution to have a new amendment that all the rights and privileges set forth only apply to citizens?! Something has to be done because you know there are plenty of bleeding heart liberal attorneys drooling for a case like this. It is offensive to no end that taxpayers should be on the hook for an illegal getting bit while committing two crimes; smuggling drugs and illegally entering the US.

We are living in complete insane times…

“Lawyer Bill Riser, the illegal immigrant’s attorney, maintains that Jose Manuel Marino-Najera is entitled to sue the Border Patrol and the federal government because the alleged injuries occurred on American soil. During a very adversarial interview with Fox News’ Neil Cavuto, Bill Riser said that the illegal act of coming into America, coupled with the drug mule activity, has no bearing on his client’s standing to file a lawsuit against the Border Patrol.”

===========================================

Two things need to happen:

EXHIBIT A---I urge the Border Patrol to sue the malpractice insurance carrier insuring the illegal immigrant’s attorney.”

EXHIBIT B-- This lawyer is liable for disbarment...
(1) for inciting others to commit criminal offenses,
(2) aiding and abetting drug cartels,
(3) aiding in the solicitation of govt fraud, and,
(4) representing illegals before the bar of justice.

REALITY CHECK Lawyers are officers of the court and are in gross violation when they misrepresent the status of a client before the court.

The US justice system does not dispense justice to litigants who come to court w/ "unclean hands" (a legal term meaning those who committee crimes).
