Senate Intelligence Committee Chairwoman Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) defended the release of the CIA enhanced interrogation report in a testy exchange with CNN today, arguing that ISIS “may seize” upon the report, “they may not.”

Feinstein pushed for the release of the report in the waning days of her chairmanship before handing over the gavel to Republicans in the 114th Congress.

“Look, there is no perfect time to release this report,” she said when asked about the potential risk to American lives because of its publication, as the White House warned Monday. “This began 12 years ago. We have worked for five-and-a-half years to document records as to what happened.”

Feinstein accused host Wolf Blitzer

Gee, didn’t Clinton support “rendition” during his Administration?

Maybe I’m mistaken. We’ll have to ask Hillary about that.

Wolf and Feinstein both support the murder of God`s unborn children, not to mention they both support children being taught that homosexuality is a option for them, not to mention they both support the removal of God/Christ from the classroom/public square etc

It is a political decision. Pure and simple. Politics trumps the safety of the US military.

The same people who were for it are not against it for political reasons and the media won’t call them out .

If Chelsea Clinton were about to be knocked off and they had time to find her and save her I guarantee that Hillary and co would do all they could to get the info.

Stupid question. Rats have already demonstrated that a little collateral damage among our ambassadorial and military personnel doesn’t bother them a bit.

Feinstein is a useless piece of trash...there will be people killed because of her inane actions and she will feel no guilt whatsoever....none!

She will justify her jackass actions by declaring how great the U.S. is now for releasing to the world all the ills that we have....see, we come clean with our faults...we are so much better than everyone else (PUKE)

Snowden is likely thinking, “Exactly what am I hiding in Russia for, when a well known Senator can spill the beans on live Television, then go out to have wine and dinner like any other Tuesday with no fear of prosecution or even a traffic ticket.

Even Wolf Blitzer is appalled at Feinstein’s cavalier attitude toward those who are risking their lives for America.

She is pure evil.

Its rich listening to this piece of garbage talk about values after she used her position on committees to steer government contracts to companies held by her husband.

Now she's wrapping herself in a higher moral purpose & putting Americans in harms way when what she's really doing is crass political calculation.

It doesn't get any worse than this. What a piece of trash.

“Look, there is no perfect time to release this report,” she said

That should tell you something right there.

Politicians see everything through political eyes.
Diplomats see everything through diplomatic eyes.
Warriors see everything through warrior eyes.

DiFi feels that our warriors were too rough on captured enemies and that maybe we should have tried to be more friendly and then trick the secrets out of them. That is a totally politically underhanded sort of approach.

Warriors are more direct.
The fact that the two sides do not agree should not surprise anyone. The surprise is that years after the fact the politician chooses to reveal information to the world. Probably in order to gain advantage in some inside the beltway squabble between parties or branches. You can see where their priorities are.
