GOP Spending Bill Gives Nearly $1 Billion To Aid Border Migrants
Dailycaller ^

Posted on 12/09/2014 8:53:08 AM PST by navysealdad

The GOP’s draft 2015 “omnibus” spending bill reportedly includes $948 million to help poor and unskilled Central American migrants establish themselves in the United States, but includes no effective restrictions on President Barack Obama’s plan to provide work permits and tax payments to millions of resident illegal immigrants.

That new spending works out to $16,928 for each of the 56,000 youths, young adults and children who crossed the border during the 12 months up to October 2014.

I post that stuff for two reasons — to show that Rand is a Democrat who merely self-identifies as a Republican/Conservative, and to flush out supporters of his demagoguery. Nice autogoal you made there.

Kevin Brady’s office here in Texas just totally blew me off. I called both the Conroe office and the D.C. office.

Both told me they did not know Kevin Brady’s position on a continuing resolution. That was yesterday.

They are not listening. They hate conservatives. When you call expressing conservative ideas/values, they tune out.

Olson’s office told me pretty much the same. It’s always “We don’t know Pete’s position on X.” Seriously? That’s YOUR JOB...to know my Reps position...especially on such a major issue as the CR/Omnibus bill. So sick of it.

I even sent a note with the recent invite I received to our area “Lincoln/Reagan” dinner...”as a longtime supporter, we will no longer support this dinner/GOP as long as Boehner/McConnell are in *leadership* positions...as they are traitorous sellouts”.

People that could not find the courage to vote for a conservative will not find the courage to march anywhere.

Exactly.

You do realize Rand Paul is the 3rd most conservative senator on record? Yeah, he panders and I am all in for Cruz, but Rand is far from our problem and we could do a lot worse.

These Republican leaders in the House want to pass a $1.1 trillion spending bill this week that funds the president’s unlawful executive amnesty.
John Boehner (R-OH), Speaker of the House
Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), Majority Leader
Steve Scalise (R-LA), Majority Whip
Patrick McHenry (R-NC), Chief Deputy Whip
Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA), Conference Chairwoman
Greg Walden (R-OR), NRCC Chairman
Luke Messer (R-IN), Policy Committee Chairman
Hal Rogers (R-KY), Appropriations Committee Chairman
Pete Sessions (R-TX), Rules Committee Chairman
Bill Flores (R-TX), Republican Study Committee Chairman
They are ignoring millions of concerned Americans across the country who oppose this action and tens of thousands of people who have been urging them to honor their oath and defend the Constitution.

It’s time to take the gloves off and make them listen.

We need to stop this massive omnibus spending bill by pledging to run ads against these leaders in their home districts if they fund amnesty.

Then, it’s their choice. They either do the right thing or pay the price.

“Clearly, being an illegal invader puts you in a more favorable position with Obummer/Boehner/McConnell than does being a taxpaying citizen.”

Aww, you hit the nail on the head.

QUIT feeding the fascist beast.

Anybody who can needs to adjust their income to pay little in taxes. That’s what we are doing next year. We’ll have our own Harden Hollow (as opposed to a Galt’s Gulch).

“Aren’t we past hollow expressions of outrage at this point? “

I am. In a few months we will be escaping an invaded state for whiter pastures. And will drop our adjusted gross income so we aren’t supporting this fascist regime.

I suggest all that can do the same.
