I pray this woman is caught doing something else besides driving drunk again and gets her substantial jail time and a shot at detox.

We had one of our local judges removed last year for basically doing the same thing.

The last time someone with a smidgen of integrity didn’t let a drunk-driving judge off, she sued him for vetoing funding for the judge’s “integrity” unit.

In a DUI court hearing the arresting officer would normally testify to having the made the dash cam video. Did the DA not know there was an arresting officer?

But Hidalgo County Court at Law No. 8 Judge Rolando Cantu threw out the case last month, marking "other" for the reasoning.
