Fox senior political correspondent Brit Hume said Monday on Americas Newsroom that the Senate Intelligence Committees decision to release a report on the CIAs interrogation tactics, despite the Obama administration and American allies alike warning that it could lead to violence, was inexplicable and burning the ban on your way out.
HUME: I think it is inexplicable frankly. Dianne Feinstein is driving this. The Republicans on the committee, theyre the minority of course now, are not for the release of this report and I think they dispute its findings, many of them do. It is a massive document as has been reported.
Dianne Feinstein has long been considered one of Congresss true grown-ups. And it is not as if shes releasing a report to lay bare practices may still be ongoing, and therefore need to be exposed and changed. These practices were discontinued long ago, discontinued basically while President George W. Bush was still in office. So it has been a long time since weve been doing any of this, so the need to release this document with a lot of gory details at this stage of the game is hard to find. It is just inexplicable to me.
HOST MARTHA MACCALLUM: And it raises the question is this a case of burning the barn on your way out?
HUME: Well, you know, thats what it seems like
This stupid SOB in the WH couldn’t do worse if he took a dump on the desk in the Oval Office on his way out.
DiFi is now too conservative for her leftward-lurching Democrat Party. Needs to burnish her bona-fides as a Radical if she expects to win re-election next time.
It's entirely explicable -- the Democrats are leftist, anti-American creeps.
Just wait until all of the Presidential Pardons on 19 JAN 17. All federal death row inmates....commuted to life in prison. All blacks on federal drug charges....released with firearms and voting rights restored. Trust me. Obola will stick a HUGE finger in the eye of America on his way out. It will be painful. VERY painful to watch.
Most of those released will be back in prison before long.
We are going to need larger prisons and more of them. There seems like there is a lot of open space in West Texas and Nevada that could hold a 2-million inmate prison. Sure it will cost a lot of money, but think of how much it would save us.
...despite the Obama administration and American allies alike warning that it could lead to violence...Does anyone really believe this would be coming out if the POTUS didn't want it to come out?
I think it IS explicable frankly. The hardcore Democrat leaders awaken each morning thinking, “How can I destroy this country today?”
Senator Uterus from Colorado is behind this too. It’s his middle finger to the country for not re-electing him.
We - water board and deprive sleep of terrorists
They - Cut off the heads of innocents
But we are the bad guys.
The democrats are trying to make sure the house is fully engulfed before the fire department arrives.
Yup. Iirc the Executive Branch has the ability to prevent the release of something like this under classification laws. I don’t believe that the Congress has unilateral declassification authority, at least not without a specific piece of dedicated legislation. That the President could then sign or veto.
Payback, they don’t care anything about this country.
I’m fine with that. Some are simply unable to live in society.
At the core of liberalism is the spoiled child - miserable, as all spoiled children are, unsatisfied,
demanding, ill disciplined, despotic, and useless. Liberalism is the philosophy of sniveling brats.

When did they close Jackson? That place is like a medieval fortress.
The main prison has been closed for a long time. Its surrounded by various newer facilities.
