No one has suggested Congress won't pass a bill...It's up to Obama whether he accepts the passed bill...If he refuses, a gov't shutdown is on him, not Congress...

As far as I’m concerned they can shut down January as well.

Translation: A shutdown (engineered by Dims and blamed on Repubs) would cause a temporary cessation of the cooked numbers that Wall Street knowingly uses to manipulate the markets to ensure that the really rich are able to milk the huge amounts of fake money being pumped in.
