Boehner Negotiates Terms of Surrender to King Barack's Executive Amnesty

Republicans in Washington, under the tutelage of House Speaker John Boehner, are planning a full-scale cave to President Barack Obama’s executive amnesty, by aiming to fund Obama’s immigration action in full this week.

Boehner on Tuesday pitched colleagues on a plan that utilizes bills from the reliably conservative Reps. Ted Yoho (R-FL) and Tom Price (R-GA), but ultimately fully funds Obama’s executive amnesty until at least March—and then will likely do so at that point in time as well.

The government funding portion would keep most of the government open until September 2015 but would only supply monies to the Department of Homeland Security until March, Politico’s John Bresnahan and Jake Sherman note in a Tuesday piece.

Current government funding runs out on Dec. 11, so to avoid a government shutdown before Christmas, Congress has to do something soon. But conservative-movement leaders say the forthcoming plan from Boehner and the other members of GOP leadership (including Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy and Majority Whip Steve Scalise) using Yoho and Price is a phony, toothless battle.

“conservative-movement leaders say the forthcoming plan from Boehner and the other members of GOP leadership (including Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy and Majority Whip Steve Scalise) using Yoho and Price is a phony, toothless battle.”

Cantor’s out, but McCarthy moved up and Scalise doesn’t appear to either want or be able to move the Republican House “leadership” to actually do battle with the Dims/Socialists.

Meet the new team, same as the old team. GOP wins, conservatives lose again.

I recall that this was the plan that is designed to permanently fund all parts of government EXCEPT for homeland security which will force Obama to close government after short term funding is over. I believe Obama said he would veto this plan at the outset.

Bonehead and McCoward are in the process of caving in again. The Iowa Caucuses are just a little over a year away and we need to start working hard for Ted Cruz or Scott Walker because a Bush nomination will ensure a Hillary win, and even if somehow Jeb were to win over Hillary, what the hell would be the difference? I’m fed up with the GOPe. I’m only sticking around the party to get the chance to vote for Ted Cruz in the primaries. Short of that I quit my membership to the NRC and stopped giving money to them. I didn’t vote for candidates in my state I knew were RINOS and threw my vote away on the Libertarian or independent candidate. The GOPe is not getting my votes or support for any of their RINOS anymore as long as I stay in this party.
