I can see it now... I will veto any legislation and thus shut down the government that doesn’t have a provision that every registered Republican be horse whipped!

If they need a CR, pass one for two month period. Then pass the new budget as regular order. If Obama Veto’s it, pass the budget one part at a time. the last part Homeland Security minus a budget for implementation of executive order. Make Obama veto ALL the parts of the budget.
