Im unsure what language you speak, but poured is correct and it is commonly used in most areas of the US.
Poured is used everywhere when you're talking about moving liquid out of a container. Pored is used (everywhere) when talking about looking over data or books.

So Texas is the least safe, even though our only issues per their data is hurricanes and floods? Shouldn’t Florida or Rhode Island or Hawaii be at the top due to global warming and rising sea levels?

I’ll settle for a partial victory. Idaho is very ill-prepared for tsunamis and hurricanes, but we’re pretty good against sagebrush fires and the Giant Palouse Earthworm. It’s something.

California and New York are 47th and 49th most prepared; I doubt they’re evaluating spending.
