Another in an amazingly numerous collection of ugly Manhattan buildings. Looking at it my first question was how many elevators and stairwells were they able to squeeze into that thing.

And yet, you know how many Republicans I bet live in that tower? No more than one or two.

The foreign billionaires who will be living in this building; Russian oligarchs, Latin American drug lords and Middle Eastern oil tycoons don't care about voting Democrat or Republican. They buy politicians after they've been elected.

The article seems to say no one much will actually live there. Apparently the owners will be making a very large investment that will save on hotel bills while visiting New York

Extrapolating that thought, the people actually living there will be the full time staff of servants

It’s a stupid location for a primary home for a wealthy person

It's not going to be a primary home for anyone. It's just another mechanism foreign billionaires use to get money out of their countries.

If anything, most of the residents of these apartments will probably be the 20-something children of the foreign wealthy.
