In Ferguson, Witness Intimidation, Lying by 'Community of Color'

Actually when someone tries to stop you and you overpower them I believe that ceases to be theft and becomes robbery, a more serious crime than theft. Shoplifting a few Swisher Sweets would be petty theft but laying hands on the shopkeeper and shoving him out of the way is a much more serious matter than theft. I have never seen the term strong arm theft used before, I have seen and heard the term strong arm robbery many times.

Here’s the ‘colors’ that matter: there’s “American Black” and there’s “not American Black”.

In reality those who claim to be black range from a tiny percentage who are almost perfectly black to some who are as white as most Caucasians but choose to self identify as black and there are many shades in between. Anyone who actually IS black would be laughable if they called themselves white but someone can be pale skinned enough to be Swedish and claim to be black and get away with it.

True - my point was that the phrase ‘people of color’ is meaningless. Asians, Hispanics, American Indians, Indians, Chinese etc DO NOT ACT LIKE AMERICAN blacks. They can’t be lumped in with people who ‘protest’ by burning their cities down. That’s uniquely ‘American Black’. And it’s corrupt and horrible.

So there’s ‘American Black’ and all others.
