The Ferguson, Mo. police officer who shot and killed an unarmed black teenager in August said in an interview aired on Tuesday that there was "no way" Michael Brown had his hands up right before he was killed -- disputing one of the core controversies at the heart of a case that touched off nationwide protests and racial unrest.

This is a terrible tragedy being made into a racial issue by self serving thugs, leftist politicians criminals and sensationalist journalists. Any cop will tell you, we don’t care if you are black, white, yellow or purple with pink polka dots, if we are in a struggle with anyone trying to take our gun, we have to protect ourselves because the likely outcome of losing that battle is the officer losing his life. Plain and simple. I am totally disgusted by this whole mess, and even more disgusted with the racial divisiveness perpetrated on this country by our own elected left wing officials including the president.
Truth doesn’t matter to the leftist establishment. This man has had his life ruined simply because he is labeled “White.”

....But one way or another, in the end, TRUTH will be realized, even if the lefty establishment denys it. Even the pictures from the security cammera CANNOT LIE that Michael Brown just robbed a store.

It’s a good possibility that when Mikey Brown was rushing the police cruiser - that the motion of his arms going “up and down” would have resulted in the bullet strikes and the perception that he had his arms up...
Then again, anyone with common sense and decency does walk up to a uniformed police officer and start punching him in the face...with the store video showing that BROWN was already enraged and had a sense of entitlement due to size...he perception was one of “I can do anything I want - I’m a giant among men” ended when WILSON had to resort to a level of force that countered the physical battery leading to unconscious...
Result: there will be alot less victims in that area with BROWN gone than had this turned around in favor of BROWN, resulting in the officer being killed or permanently damaged from head trauma.
Anyone that has never served in combat or as a police officer making split second decisions when faced with such energetic physical force have no reference of a situation like this - nor should they be commenting one what WILSON should or should not have had done when facing a street thug.

The fact that he did not have his hands up was proven by the forensic evidence. But instead of cutting their losses; the agitators and race pimps doubled down on the lie. They all look like idiots to rational thinking people, but that is not their (or the media’s) core constituency.
Like so many other issues...the TRUTH is irrelevant.

Based on what I read, here’s what happened -
Mike Brown rushed Wilson as he was trying to get out of the car and tried take his gun; gun goes off and shoots Brown in the hand(s).
Then he HOLDS UP his shot hand(s), and probably mouths something like “Yo, you shot my hand MF”, before rushing Wilson again in the final encounter.
THAT’s what people saw.
The kid was doped enough to not really know what the heck he was doing. I read a day ago that his THC levels were noted in the autopsy were enough by new Colorado standards that if you were driving....you’d be losing your license. I feel sorry for the kid, but this is the new environment we live in...people doped up and doing stupid stuff....some live and some die.
Early this year, I was visiting relatives in Alabama. Locals news picked up on a kid who’d knocked at the door of a neighbor. Kid was around 17. Kid was looking for the old guy’s son...who he had issues with. Son wasn’t around....kid says fine...he’d just go and beat this guy up (old guy was in mid-60s). Old guy got knocked back on one punch, retreated to kitchen, then pulled out a shotgun and put a round of buck-shot into the kid’s leg. Cops and ambulance come....kids folks arrive and are very apologetic....kid is on meds and has recently acted a bit disturbed. Kid is lucky to be alive, but likely limping the rest of his life.
This is how things are today....you do something stupid, you might not be living or you might be in the hospital.
That narrative has been prevalent for more than the fifty years I've been reading about these incidents. As everyone has observed, if it were a black cop who shot Brown (and black cops shoot plenty of black perps), nobody would be rioting.
And then you have the idiot protesters in other cities marching around shouting “hands up, don’t shoot”. Jesse Watters should interview them. Bet they know nothing about the story.

I have no problem with the way Wilson handled himself that day but if I did you can be damned sure I’d comment whether or not I had a special license from you to do so.
The left finds it so hard to Gruber this but they’ll try.
