Sunday on ABC's "This Week With George Stephanopoulos," the attorney for the family of the late Michael Brown said,"Ninety-nine percent of the time police officers aren't charged when they kill young people of color." Host George Stephanopoulos asked if Crump has already prejudged what the grand jury is going to say and decided the process is unfair.

I would say police are not charged in 99% of any killings or “Kingings” done by them, regardless of the race of the shootee (is that a word?)
Then they should stop playing checkers with them.

Thats most likely because Obama / Holder fascism has convinced the black community that they are entitled to be above the law.This cultivates a culture where black folks “resist” the poilice by attacking them, and guess what? They get shot in self defence.
Thats what haoppens in America when anyone assaults a police officer, one gets shot very quickly.And thats just how it should be.
That has nothing to do with Martin Luther King.But Obama/Holder/Crump etc portray it falsely as am MLK issue . Why? Because the movement needs cannon fodder, so they can declare martial law pursuant to the federal Insurrection Act.
As a result , we are at the gateway to the path to America’s second civil war.

..these stat’s are just a rally point for an emotional response...
I learned early on in my Police Admin courses at UofL how one can alter stat’s to fit whatever study one is doing...all geared towards getting more funding and grants to do more studies...
I was like - WOW! - there are far more elements present in a shooting other than some white LE Officer saying, “Look - a black person - let’s shoot him.”
Where’s the study that compares these shooting with bi-racial rape, other violent crimes in the area to include black-on-black murder and battery, employment, and number of police related calls for service (911)?
Do an overlay and one would see why perception and actual perception come into play in about 99% of these shootings.
Zero tolerance would squelch third world stylised disobedience and lethal force will keep it in check.

Out of that so called 99%, how many cases does he litigate for financial gains to his pocket. He doesn’t seem to be there in Ferguson, Missouri for a peace march, does he. He was in Orlando Florida awhile back representing If I had a son, he would look like Trayvon Martin (Obama). Tell your clients not hardly anyone / any race will get away with attacking a cop, going after his / her revolver and live to tell about it. I know I am not trying such a ghetto thang.
What is justified in most of them? A couple of years ago that cop shot a kid who answered his door holding a Wii controller. No indictment. Police blow away a guy carrying a BB gun in an Ohio Walmart. No indictment. Cops shoot down a man for carrying a pistol outside a Nevada Costco. No indictment. Time and time and time again it has been shown that police can shoot anyone they feel like and get away with it simply by saying they felt threatened.
Glad to hear that you can spot a BB gun from a real gun as it is being pulled from a waistband. You should share your secret with the rest of us.
Or better yet, we should enforce rules on the cops that they aren’t allowed to draw their guns until they are shot. After all, they wear body armor, don’t they?
