BREAKING: Ferguson Grand Jury Fails to Reach Decision on Indictment
TPNN ^ | November 22, 2014 | Greg Campbell

Posted on 11/22/2014 12:01:04 PM PST by Kaslin

In a move that appears to be calculated to pacify rioters who have promised violence if Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson is not indicted for his role in the shooting death of Michael Brown, the Ferguson Grand Jury has announced that they have been unable to come to an agreement on the indictment

The grand jury left the justice center in St. Louis, Missouri, late Friday without having reached a decision on whether to indict Wilson who reportedly shot a robbery suspect, Michael Brown, when Brown attacked the officer.

Since the shooting, the St. Louis suburb has endured mass riots and looting. Many groups, including the Black Panthers, have promised violence if Wilson is not indicted for having shot the black teenager in August.

Autopsy reports support Wilson’s account and Ferguson has been bracing for mass violence in recent days as the grand jury has been expected to hand down a refusal to indict. However, with the near-constant threat of mass violence looming, it may be that the grand jury has bowed to the threats of violence and property damage that would devastate their community and have been unable to come to an agreement.

President Obama spoke on Friday about the escalating situation in Ferguson:

“This is a country that allows everybody to express their views, allows them to peacefully assemble, to protest actions that they think are unjust,” Obama told ABC News. “But using any event as an excuse for violence is contrary to rule of law and contrary to who we are.”

Obama was apparently unaware of the irony of his lecturing on the value of the rule of law on the same day that he signed an executive order granting amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants without Congressional approval.

I bet they have come to a conclusion alright. It’s just that they don’t want to announce it.

No decision needed. Just take a vote - 9 votes for indictment is all that is needed. Anything less than that is a No bill.

Today and Sunday are warmer weather than we have been having, but next week, will be getting colder.

Schools will be closed for Thanksgiving break. People may be home with the kids and planning for Thanksgiving. Guns and Ammo has been purchased, so no need to go out.

Sounds best to announce next week any time Mon. Tues. Wed.

Here is from CNN

Ferguson, Missouri (CNN) -- [Breaking news update, 3:13 p.m.]

The grand jury deciding whether to indict Ferguson Police officer Darren Wilson in the August 9 shooting death of unarmed teen Michael Brown will not reconvene until Monday, local and federal law enforcement sources told CNN.

Cowardly Grand Jury. Oh well, the Negroid “Justice” Department will get the poor cop.

I am surprised the announcement wasn’t made before the election. It seems that this is really taking a long time.

I suppose it would be best to announce Monday morning but then again these are paid protesters prepared to inflict terror. Should these protesters be worried about getting paid if the check comes from Sharpton?

I have a graduate degree and I am confused.

In my experience, the more degrees on has the more confused one gets.

I have a masters. I figured I better stop short of any further degrees while I could still figure out how to tie my shoes

I wonder if this “news” is any news at all. Have had Fox on for about 20 minutes and nothing.

A CNN story says the GJ will reconvene Monday. This is just a poorly written and misleading story.

What else could they do? This is a totally manufactured mess, the man is innocent. If they come out and say so, the town burns, because they have neutered the police. (Unbelievable that in this modern age we lack the will to stop radical elements from burning a town).

If they let the charade go forward, the idiocy gets hung out for all to see, and it’s facepalm time. And only radical blacks whose emotional culture hangs lives in “I am controlled by whitey” will believe a word of it. Because logic died out with long ago.

They stopped teaching logic and apologetics and theology in schools for a reason. It is all based on rationality, and then they can’t control the mobs.

I understand the school districts have begged for an announcement on a weekend when schools are not in session

Does a grand jury have to be unanimous?

The grand jury knows Wilson shouldn’t be indited, but they are thoroughly intimidated by militant blacks and the media.

Since they lack the courage to tell the truth, they might as well delay the decision until the interloping thugs get bored, and go home.

Drudge has the CNN story linked in the right hand column. The GJ reconvenes Monday. Drudge also used a misleading headline that is different from the CNN story.

What’s the voting or deciding mechanism on a GJ? If some of them said, “Insufficient grounds.” And certain others demanded an indictment, and evidence be damned. Can there be a hung Grand Jury?
(Why can’t I get George Carlin off my mind when I use that term; hung)?

Lol. They’re getting these guys all revved up, over and over again. Taking the wind out of their sails, a bit at a time. By the time the big announcement is finally made, everyone will be so sick of the whole thing they may not even care.
