The Ferguson, Mo., grand jury considering the indictment of Officer Darren Wilson, who killed teenager Michael Brown during an altercation in August, left the justice center in St. Louis on Friday without reaching a decision.

Sources told CNN on Saturday that it was unclear when the jury would reconvene.

Hope you’re right - I know the Grand Jury knows that if he’s not indicted, all hell might break loose - I just hope they don’t decide to throw Wilson under the bus for the “good of the community.”

if they return a No Bill?

Do you live in MO? Is that an option?

In all the states I have lived in, Grand Juries do not "clear" people whom prosecutors have put before them.

Either they issue an indictment, or they don't.

If I were office Wilson I would be looking to move far far away like some south sea island or a country with no extradition treaty with the US.

Perhaps they HAVE made a verdict, are being released from their duties, and are getting out of Missouri.

This is breaking news, like “Malaysian Airliner Still Missing”. The Grand Jury members have left the justice center without reaching a decision every day for months.

The longer this drags on the better.

Since there is no decision...I guess they can’t riot. Maybe they will wait patiently while the DA decided whether to reconvene. Maybe he’ll decide sometime over the next few years...

No. There would be a vote to indict or not.

Leaving without a decision just means they are not done.

Perhaps the Jury has a sense of humor and will keep putting this off.

Holder will push for a federal indictment under colorable civil rights laws if MO fails to take the bait.

Count on it.

Grand Juries are rarely sequestered.

In this case, they need 9 of 12 to vote to indict.

Cops love it when they wear their pants that low, it stops them from running. Their pants fall when they run and trips them up.

“isn’t that pretty much the same as no indictment?”

No. The Washington Times said it was not known when they would reconvene, so they aren’t giving up.

Grand Jurors are rarely so threatened as this group. I’d hate to be on ANY jury, much less one like this where the jurors are potentially subject to death threats, mobs showing up at their homes, places of employment, kids’ schools, etc. if they don’t vote the “right” way. The John Gotti jurors faced less peril than this crew.

Do they know that it's obama and Holder behind the threats to their life and family?

A decision will be made when King Barry realizes the Army’s final report on Bergdahl is indeed FINAL and they refuse to LIE just to make his release of 5 Taliban commanders seem justified.
