I'm sad nowadays because I am actually starting to have a biased view towards blacks and latinos. When I was Navy, I only saw fellow shipmates - no color. I had friends of all races and ethnicity. The Filipinos were the best and always courteous and friendly.

We would smoke and joke and share life experiences on the ship and party together in liberty ports. The racists are turning me into a bigot. Again, makes me sad, not to mention pissed at them for doing that to me.

Actually, the bigotry is not against Latinos. It’s against the other races. Why should Latinos be preferenced in this immigration policy change? It seems that Europeans, Asians, and Africans should be given an equal chance to immigrate.
