Five EU Nations Condemn Demolition of Terrorists' Homes

Ambassadors from five major European Union (EU) member states met with the Foreign Ministry's senior diplomat Alon Ushpiz in Jerusalem on Thursday, where they voiced opposition to the demolition of the homes of Arab terrorists.

Germany, France, Britain, Italy and Spain were the five countries whose consul generals argued that such demolitions, which are meant as a deterrent for future terrorists and a punishment for heinous crimes, are "counterproductive."

The ambassadors also denounced the attack on a Jerusalem synagogue this Tuesday in which four Jews and a Druze police officer were murdered by two Arab terrorists, reports Haaretz citing Israeli officials and European diplomats who were at the meeting.

The denouncement came even as they called not to demolish the homes of the two terrorists located in Jerusalem's Jabel Mukabar neighborhood, which are slated for destruction along with three other terrorists' homes - including the shooter of Temple Mount activist Yehuda Glick.

Of the five countries, Britain and Spain have recently voted to recognize the Palestinian Authority (PA) as the "state of Palestine" in a unilateral move Israel has argued harms the chance of any "peace," while France is set to make a similar vote this month. Sweden has also voted to recognize "Palestine."

A secret document was revealed this week exposing that the EU is circulating guidelines to sanction Israel if it makes moves the EU deems are counterproductive to "peace" - moves such as construction in the capital - which marks a change in EU policy.

Condemnation for the demolitions came from the US as well, with State Department spokesperson Jeff Rathke saying Wednesday that "punitive home demolitions are counterproductive to the cause of peace, especially in an already tense situation."

US State Department spokesperson Jen Psaki already condemned the demolitions last Thursday, and the UN likewise... .....

Sweden would give the terrorist families extra welfare benefits, since they lost their primary bread winner/welfare collector.

I’m sure the EU and our State Department believes that Israel should reimburse the Palestinians for the ammunition used and the costs associated with cleaning blood off their axes.

I agree.

Should not destroy their homes.

Home towns would be better.

The Israelis need to “double down” (though that expression is becoming annoying), by deporting the terrorists entire family.

A local deportation won’t work, so they should pay the government of Israel’s ally South Sudan to take them in. The government of South Sudan is strapped for cash, and its Christians and Animists have had bitter fights with Muslims, so have little tolerance for their bad behavior. So they may decide to, in turn, deport the terrorist families to North Sudan, which is a Muslim brutalitarian regime.

What’s not to like? It give Israel a chance to give a little more foreign aid to their friend, South Sudan. It is one in the eye to those European jerks. And last but not least, it culls a terrorist supporting Paleo family from the region, and sends a strong message to other such families that they had better keep a tight leash on their young people, lest they face the same departure.

Demolish houses and exterminate families to the 5th generation. Damnation on the murderous muzzies, pig fat be upon them.

Such compassion!!!

Meanwhile they still keep poring monetary aid into GAZA that ends up financing muslim terrorism and the slaughter of Jews.

Round up all the muslim rabble-rousers and all of their friends and relatives and ship them to Germany, France, Britain, Italy and Spain.

While there would be some immediate enjoyment in doing so, the Europeans are nothing if not hypocrites. They would immediately book them back to Israel, via whatever intermediate stop they could use.

However, it is about 1,800 miles from Juba, South Sudan, to Cairo, Egypt. A very, very harsh 1,800 miles.

They should not just bulldoze the houses. They should bomb them leaving a 100 foot deep crater for a memorial.

“”that “punitive home demolitions are counterproductive to the cause of peace, especially in an already tense situation.””

As is the slaughter of people attending worship services. When will these idiot nations and people get it through their thick skulls that PEACE is the last thing on these people’s minds? If they didn’t commit mayhem, no one would know they existed as they certainly don’t achieve anything worth noticing.

Hey! This one I like. The family that slays together stays together. It ultimately sends them to the very society that they want to turn Israel into. As for them finally ending up in North Sudan? No sweat. A little dysentery never hurt anyone. A little Ebola did, but no tears for these dirt bags, either. Hope they don’t get bit by tzizi flies too often.

No talk of sanctions for the PA, either. Boycott EU products. The hell with them.
