Received a message this morning requesting a repeat of the National Day of Protest against amnesty that was held a couple of months ago. I'm all for it, but think this time it should be entitled, "National Day of Reckoning!" and should be repeated weekly for the duration.
FR was instrumental in leading the fight for impeachment against the criminal Clinton. Well, Clintoon was a piker compared to our new tyrant. As much as the Republicans fear impeaching our first black president, I'm afraid it must be done. The Constitution demands it!!
We cannot cower in fear as our wannabe dictator burns down our Republic. Amnesty by executive decree lights the fuse to final and total destruction of our Constitution and our beloved Republic if allowed to stand.
ObamaCare by hook and crook was bad enough. Conspiracy, lying, cover-up and treason in Fast & Furious and Benghazi was way over the top. Politicizing the IRS, EPA, DHS, etc, are impeachable offenses. Even the Democrats agree (Nixon). Wholesale spying on the people is an impeachable offense. But now after we the people through our elected representatives have soundly rejected every attempt at amnesty by both parties for over a decade if Obama decrees amnesty by executive order, he is definitely declaring war on we the people and has criminal intent on destroying the Constitution and our Republic.
The only valid constitutional remedy for an obviously out of control criminal president is impeachment!!
Empty threats of defunding or lawsuits are worthless. Articles of impeachment detailing the president's many crimes and misdemeanors must be drawn up and brought to a vote. If so, the House has no choice but to impeach.
Then we the people must work like hell during the next two months to convince enough Democrat and RINOs in the Senate to convict and remove. It can and shall be done. Articles of impeachment now, trial and removal by the Senate in January.
Like the man said, this one is for all the marbles. Damn the political torpedoes, full speed ahead!!
Call, email, write, visit your congressmen and senators!! The usurper must be impeached and removed for his blatant high crimes and treason against the Constitution, the Republic and We the People!!

Impeachment is only available to citizens. Treason by a military tribunal is the proper course for Bammy.

What Obama did is a direct attack on the Constitution. He decreed that the House of Representatives works at the behest of the President and when it isn’t fast enough or in agreement that it is the right of the Executive to create law.
Can the President pardon? Yes.
Can the President decide NOT to pursue certain people in order to pursue others? Yes.
But can the President issue green cards, social security numbers, and other benefits in direct contradiction to current law? No.
And the explanation that the House isn’t working fast enough is tyranny. If any part of our system says NO, then the answer is NO.
And, amazingly, the President can NEVER override the Congress, but the Constitution does provide for the Congress to override the President.
And our media and our talking heads sit idly by. One can only assume that they want a dictator.

This is more along the lines of my thinking. To be accomplished congressional leadership must be pushed into a corner from which they cannot escape.
Everything is going to have to be to the letter of the Constitution or we come off looking like the unlawful rabble.
With protest it’s too easy for the radical left to plant “nut jobs” pushing violence to make everyone look bad.
Make it official that congress has called forth the Militia to suppress the insurrection and have governors from each state send 2 or 3 representatives of the Militia from that state.
The “Well regulated Militia” clearly has a constitutional right to use force to suppress an insurrection.
Obama try to order federal troops against the Militia and you can pretty much guarantee the fed troops will help snatch his goat smelling butt out of the WH.
Let each governor know failure to send representatives of the Militia to suppress the insurrection will be an admission of guilt as being part of the insurrection to overthrow the government of the US.
Give every elected dem or former dem office holder a chance to sign on with the same terms, sign on to the presidents removal from office or you admit guilt of being part of the insurrection.

I agree with you...that is not an excuse...but it is a fact.
So, given the other fact that the senate will not vote to convict...is this a wise course of action? Personally...if we thought we might get a conviction...it would be worth the riots to get some minds right....but given a conviction won't happen...then IMO its a lose-lose.
One best articulates the message that Obama deserves to be convicted by attempting to convict.
And you put all Red State Senators on record. Are they for convicting a president who is utterly destroying our country or are they again it?
I’m thinking that if the law suits submitted by Boenner are won in the courts, AND other Senators from respecting states also file the suits that they are threatening to file (such as Texas and Arizona), and if those suits are won in the courts, then the Senate is going to be hard pressed NOT to convict (impeach and put him out of office).
Because if those suits are agreed by the courts as constituting a breaking of law, the very fibre of our governmental structure, then Senators are going to have a lot less to argue about regarding whether or not Obama and his administration broke the law, or not.
Those court decisions then become the precedent and evidence for an impeachment.
The question is, how long is it going to take the courts to hear the cases and then decide on a verdict? If they were to use the verdicts (assuming a guilty verdict) for impeachment, it would be wasteful if the process took a couple of years.
On the other hand, I wonder if they are trying to avoid a tit for tat scenario in case they loose the republican majority, so that a republican president isn’t harassed by a democrat congress.
I AM glad to see that at least some action is being taken because if a sitting president is going to rule from the bench, of what use is congress? Congress really does need to wake up and take action.
Where does one find out about such organizations. I am in Louisiana and other than sporting events and NAACP rallies in Baton Rouge where the participants get a free lunch group activities are minimal. The state Rifle and Pistol association is about as dead a group as one can imagine. The local culture is oriented to family more than anything ,large family groupings are common. Gun control is a complete non starter here and complacency is pretty common. The local attitude was summed up by a former governor Mike Foster , a Rep, that Louisiana doesn't need anything from anywhere else.
I wish I could share your confidence.Politically correct thinking has been implanting itself in the armed forces since the Carter administration. The large number of women now in the forces means most of these females view the government as husband or father. Unwed mothers in the services are quite common. Many females in uniform have ‘advanced’ feminist attitudes and are inherently hostile to the ‘white male paradigm’. The fantastic figures of purported ‘sexual attacks’ in the services derives from such attitudes.Wolf whistles or even inappropriate behavior such as fanny pinching which could be dealt with by either a smart slap or a sharp bit of female anger are instead elevated to the level of violent rape. At the same time blacks in uniform and many Latinos are relentlessly liberal leftist in their attitudes. Blacks have been effectively brainwashed by their so called leaders into believing white people are the root of all their troubles. The Mahdi is the idol of most black enlisted persons and they are happy to get in your face and proclaim it.
The lifting of the ban on being openly queer in the service is the latest move to turn the armed forces into powerfully equipped coercive forces staffed by careerists and those with a deep seated dislike that borders on hatred for normal straight white Americans and traditional American culture. White Southerners are routinely made aware through ‘training’ that they are uniquely guilty and need to expiate the guilt that their ancestors participation in the Civil War by becoming good little multiculturalists and let go of the ‘Myth of the Lost cause’. The US as a flawed society that needs to become a ‘better’ place is the undertext in much of the ‘Negro History Month’, Martin Luther King Day and even programs about WW2 that solders get to compulsorily attend. I spent 37 years in and working for the military and those who think it is a bastion of traditional patriotic values and masculine attitudes are, I believe, sadly mistaken. In a crisis many individual servicemen will choose the right side by voting with their feet. The military as institutions will happily obey the voice of their master and turn their guns and bombs on ‘racist, sexist, xenophobic, homophobic and misogynistic’ Americans.
God is the least of these temporary elected officials problems...
They do not understand the concept of fearing their particular constituencies...
Therefore we are, and have been subjugated for much longer than some people realize...
So, what do you do about it???
Well, that message was about as clearly sent earlier this month as it ever has been when things “shift”...And it was not just for the democrats...
Apparently only a few republicans took the hint...And the ones who believe they are untouchable appear to not have gotten it again...Their constituencies are feckless and useless as usual...

The media will not do anything but create and foment a national political environment that simply continues to justify their existence, plain and simple...
They know the republicans and their leadership (elites) are feckless and incapable of knowing how to be a “majority”, therefore, that dynamic alone gives their support for the opposition to ANY “real” conservative cause, significant potency, with very little effort to keep that movement in-effective...

I suspect that all of the uniformed military personnel are much more liberal than most conservatives believe that they are.
