A Milford parent is questioning the two-day suspension of his 10-year-old son from Stacy Middle School.
Nickolas Taylor, a fifth-grader, was suspended after pointing an imaginary ray gun - his finger - and mouthing laser sounds in the schools cafeteria last Friday, said Brian Taylor, Nickolas' father.
I think this is very slanderous toward Nickolas and his character, said Taylor. It was non-threatening. Hes just a typical boy with an imagination.
A conduct slip, written by Assistant Principal Noah Collins, lists the offense as a threat.
Collins could not be reached for comment despite numerous phone calls and emails seeking comment - nor could Stacy Principal Nancy Angelini. Superintendent Robert Tremblay also did not return phone calls and emails.

Tacoma, WA public schools. The edict is out: Don’t punish the black kids. Punish any white kid’s infraction immediately. We have to get our suspension numbers into the exact same proportions as the student population.
Kindergarten teachers were in open revolt in a staff meeting against the principal who sent the black assault perpetrator right back to the classroom.
A normal boy. The schools are insane.
My 8 year old grandson is a “lord of the Rings” fan and he
got a stern talking to (no suspension or punishment)
and a discussion between his parents and the teacher
because he held his hands out in front of him at recess
and shot an imaginary arrow from an imaginary bow.
But lasers don't make noise...only the capacitors charging.
Shhh. Lest you give the local school nurse some ideas.
Vice principal’s name is Noah. That’s all I need to know.
The lieberals want to emasculate all boys.Compliant slaves are necessary for the NWO.

Homeschool, after a “sock party” with Noah as the guest of honor.
That'd get him a two-fer....pretending to be a girl, and a politically correct empowered one, at that. They'd likely make him class president.
/s On a non-sarcastic note, I hope that your grandson is doing OK, and realizes that it's not him, it's them.
Not all over the country; this crap is almost always in the NE.
Kids here marched with (non-functional) rifles in the Veterans Day parades.
Many of the same kids have functional rifles for the shooting range or hunting.
The teacher needs a “are you that much of a pansey” talk, even if it is a female.
They must have thought it was a RONALD RAY-GUN.............................(a little Woodstock reference)...................
File a lawsuit. Force them to spend their precious funding on legal fees.
IN MY DAY ... there were a handful of disruptive kids in every class. Nobody ever got suspended. The principal is named "Noah". That's the problem. The Noahs (or Jasons, Justins, Zacharys) are now in their 30s. That's 50% of what's wrong in this country. I'm serious.
But someone else explained it better (WARNING> Foul language).

We used to get our bb guns confiscated by the teacher and returned at the end of class.
If a kid is being a brat, give him detention (suspension should be reserved for serious offenses), but there is a difference between being a brat and normal play. Schools are punishing boys these days for normal behavior, so my gut is to side with the parents on this one.
Next World War, Americans won’t know what to do.
That’s the point of this. Defending yourself is wrong, everything America has done is wrong, and your country is a falsehood. It’s been the point for a half a century. Destroy the western world. The biggest obstacle in creating a world government.
We try,
but it is tough to explain to an 8 year old that it is
OK to behave one way in one situation but
not OK in another situation.
I am glad that I don’t have any children.
