Is a class action lawsuit a possiblity?
Vanity

As the report goes that so many have lost their plans, had drastic price increases and losing their doctors/amenities they had with their previous plans, is it possible for those to come together, base on the vocal promises the occupant of the white house made and file a class action lawsuit against Obama's government and stop this? Don't know-just asking?

Go ahead, it will get dismissed by an Obama ninth circuit judge.

We are beyond legal means. I see this every damn day.

Any lawsuit against Obama automatically don’t have standing and therefore will not be considered by the courts.

In today’s transformed America that rule is axiomatic.

A class lawsuit by all of the people who paid money to become legal citizens would work! If I paid $25k to $50K to legally come here, I would want that money back!

I’d rather go the tar, feathers and pitchfork route.

You're much too nice.

How about a bounty for her nail clippings and $25 to a voodoo queen?

I would like that, but can you get past her 24-7 security detail?
