He’s making new law, just like John Roberts and the Supremes did with Obamacare. If they would have stopped Obama at that, we might not be farther down the toilet than we are now.

This week we learned that among the Gruber revelations was one that they worried about it being a tax and developed words to obfuscate that fact. That is they conspired to hide the fact it was a tax........they developed the lies
So, Roberts determined it was in fact as they realized all along, a tax.
With that realization I began to wonder how he knew. Did he read the whole damn thing or did he know there was fear in the White House etc about it being a tax and then hone in on the specifics of what made it a tax?
That is, Gruber vindicated Roberts who was in fact right all along

It seems what is missing is the ability for Congress to go directly to the Supreme Court for a relatively quick decision on issues of this nature.
