The little dictator-in-chief is set to announce his unconstitutional attempt to circumvent and subvert the constitutional powers of Congress Thursday night, as he attempts to single-handedly grant millions of illegal aliens defacto amnesty and then head off to Las Vegas to party with Harry Reid.
A little past noon Wednesday the 19th, the White House posted a Facebook announcement that reads as follows;
“It’s time to fix our broken immigration system. Tomorrow night (November 20th), President Obama will address the nation on new commonsense steps he’s taking to fix as much of it as he can. Tune in tomorrow at 8pm ET on http://WhiteHouse.gov/Immigration-Action #ImmigrationAction”
Does Barack Hussein Obama have any constitutional authority to alter U.S. Immigration and Naturalization laws or rules via Executive Order?
The answer is not just NO, it is absolutely not!
Article I – Section 8, under the enumerated powers of Congress, the U.S. Constitution assigns all legal authority to establish rules and regulate United States Immigration and Naturalization solely to the U.S. Congress, which has indeed established a uniform set of rules for immigrating to the United States and becoming a United States citizen.
Article II relative to the Executive powers of the Oval Office makes no mention of any law-making authority whatsoever, any powers to regulate Immigration or Naturalization rules, or any power to circumvent or subvert the Laws of the United States as established by Congress. There is also no mention of Executive Orders or special executive powers in Article II of the U.S. Constitution.
Therefore, Barack Hussein Obama has NO constitutional legal authority whatsoever to alter, circumvent, subvert or otherwise ignore the standing laws of the United States concerning Immigration and Naturalization...

The Republicans did not offer much resistance to the DACA amnesty because the GOPe agreed with the substance of the action. In fact, Eric Cantor was working on the GOP version of DACA this year. His defeat in the primary can be largely attributed to this issue.
I fear that the GOPe differs with Obama on this amnesty only on the issue of process and not substance. The GOPe wants to get the immigration issue off the table prior to 2016. They will pass their own version of amnesty in the new Congress.
Both parties have abandoned the American worker and the American middle class. Except for a handful of Republicans like Jeff Sessions and Steve King, no one is articulating what is at stake here. Immigration, legal and illegal, is changing this country forever--for the worst. We are being colonized by the Third World, which has no respect for the vision of our Founders or our Constitution. We have a despot in the WH who operates like a banana republic dictator. And our Congress acts like the powerless legislatures that abound in the Third World offering no opposition.
Tomorrow night on television we will be treated to the American version of Fidel Castro and Hugo Chavez. Obama will issue his edict cloaked as a humanitarian gesture to protect the "rights" of lawbreakers. He will justify his actions as the only alternative to a dysfunctional Congress that failed to deliver to him the legislation he wanted. He will demand that Congress must now provide him with legislation he can sign to replace what he has already put in place.
We cannot depend on Congress to protect the Constitution, the Rule of Law, and the Separation of Powers. The Democrats have already signed on fully in support of this lawlessness. We will now find out whether Gruber was right about the American voter. Will there be a groundswell of opposition from the American people or a whimper and resignation? The fate of the Republic rests on all us now.

What kind of country awards law breakers and if so, why should I—or any of us—follow the law they let be broken?
The best thing that the Republican leadership can do is to file a lawsuit in Federal Court, asking for a TRO until the case can be heard by the Supremes.
If it takes both houses of Congress to file such a suit, then it should be done on the first day of the new session in January. This should be the first vote, followed very closely by another vote on the Keystone XL pipeline. Basically, the people of this country, through their elected representatives, will shove all of this right up Hussein’s nether regions.

Do partisan politics exonerate the Reps for performing their Constitutional duties? Our Founders wrote this, "And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor." We should demand no less.
Sadly the lap dogs of the crony capitalist USCoC don’t have the stomach to do anything but whine about it. What good is a lawsuit when it must be filed in the D.C. circuit the Obama has packed with likeminded judges? Just another fan dance by the RINOs in charge in Congress. What’s the line from Shakespeare? Their protestations are full of sound and fury signifying nothing.

So he's camping out in Hollywoods Venue.....where he does get lots of support. Therefore all who are listening to the awards will hear...those not won't.
This “beast” is so carefully being staged it's frightening that Gov. can manipulate so much to accommodate what they want and the “perception” they want to be seen and heard.
