The top House Republicans who oversee immigration policy called President Obama’s expected action this week to grant temporary amnesty to illegal immigrants a “slap in the face to the American people and the Constitution” in a letter sent Wednesday.

With Republican leaders like this it is clear we have already lost. They are in on it.
Expect lots of speeches and declarations from the GOP. Action? - not so much.
One thing might save us. If 1-2 million illegals jump the border in the next 30-60 days.

It is only a slap in the face if it offends. The GOPe want amnesty.
That’s hardly representative of a large number of newly elected people, as well as Jim Jordan, Ted Cruz, Mike Lee, and many others already there. The question is why did Cruz and Lee sign on to allowing Mitch to stay majority leader? If you say they were corrupted, then it must mean that the government corrupts everything and everyone-—which is patently false because it didn’t do so in the past.
Right. And those same top GOP lawmakers want to kick Jeff Sessions off Budget, and install Enzi instead.
So what they are really saying is, "this is a slap in the face. But what we really want is for you to knock our teeth out."
But when you import the third world and teach them to hate you, well how do you think that turns out?

It's clear that top Republican leadership has ZERO interest in stopping Amnesty. Otherwise, they would not be trying to replace Jeff Sessions (Senate Budget) with Enzi. Otherwise, Ted Cruz had a pretty good idea: Refuse to confirm any appointees whatsoever. Judicial, legislative, anything.
So that won't work. Top GOP Brass does not want it to work.

All of the states with Republican legislatures and governors should go into emergency session and pass legislation in their states explicitly denying these illegal aliens access to state programs and services, essentially refusing to recognize Obama's executive order.
State can cite Article I Section 8 "To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;" and say that Obama's actions are unconstitutional because: 1) they are not uniform, and 2) the power belongs to Congress, and the states are following the laws passed by Congress.
When Obama pushes back like he did the last time in Arizona, the states can say that the Courts already ruled that there needs to be one set of laws for all the states to follow, and that set comes from Congress.
Get as many states as possible to rush through this legislation, and make Obama fight all the state legislatures and governors over this. Get the states to tell Obama that they no longer recognize his authority to act on immigration.
Anything that Congress wants to do on this matter is just icing on the cake. The states are where the fight is.

Take the fight to Obama via the authority of the states.
