Bush is a wimp and Rove is an idiot. Bush listened to him which, IMO, proves he wasn’t fit to be president.
You’re right about medical care. That large amounts of yellowcake was found in Iraq was known, it just wasn’t covered. Like chemical weapons that were found (and exported) unfortunately not stressed by the administration. And didn’t fit the media’s bias. It was old after all, or “components”. As though that matters. Particularly chemical weapons, components can be assembled in relatively short periods of time. Today, if we don’t care about Iran, we aren’t going to care about this.
I agree, though I’m not sure I’d characterize my disagreements as reprehensible. Not even at the time. I’m not swayed by six years of reprehensible, in some cases evil. I do think he had the nations best interests at heart, even when he was, imo, wrong.
