The Obama administration can try to distance itself from Jonathan Gruber all it wants, but a 2012 press release from Obama’s own presidential campaign shows that when it comes to Obamacare, the president and Gruber are joined at the hip.

Just the other day, Obama tried to pretend that Gruber was someone he hardly even knew, like some long-lost third cousin. What a lying POS. And our “watchdog” media enable him.

Three legged stool indeed. It’s creepy that the MSM is doing their best to pretend that Gruber had nothing to do with the ACA and backing up Barry’s claim that Gruber was just a guy in the neighborhood.
Pelosi didn’t know “what’s in it” and Barry didn’t know who wrote it. Some government we’ve got.

Romney had expressed hopes that his plan would be adapted for a national plan. It’s not clear to me whether he truly meant federal, or simply that other states would imitate Massachusetts.
A state plan would not have any questions as to its constitutionality. A federal plan does, the cute “tax” of Roberts notwithstanding (the question hasn’t yet been brought, is this a constitutional TAX if it is a tax).

Not a single Republican senator or Congressman voted in favor of that monstrosity called Obamacare. It must be make perfectly clear that democrat Phd com man Gruber, called stupid not all the American voters, but just the democrat voters that put the “Liar in Chief” in the White House, in spite of his Marxist anti-American back ground, and all the Democrats legislators co-conspirators with the president and the MSM in the greatest deception against the American people in the history of the United States.
According to Obama, the MTI professor, a frequent visitor to the White House, was just an adviser. For his “invaluable advise and services” to the Obama administration professor Gruber received over 5.9 million dollars... Stupidity and corruption to the to nth power.
My point is that Romney’s plan was NOT identical or even close to Obamacare.

I’m kind of chuckling because some folks on FR are/have-been very vehement that they are the same... even our own Jim Rob.
They have a similar idea behind them, but the constitutional issues are vastly different for the state as for Federal scope.
