Police in St. Louis agree to ‘rules of engagement’ for protests after grand jury decision

Following weeks of intense negotiations, the three largest police departments in St. Louis, Mo., have agreed on a dozen rules or policies they will follow as they engage with protesters after a grand jury announces its decision regarding Ferguson Officer Darren Wilson.

The negotiations have centered on 19 “Rules of Engagement” proposed by a coalition of 50 community and civil rights groups. The list is largely a docket of best police practices, such as “the first priority shall be preservation of human life” and “excessive force and other forms of police misconduct will not be tolerated.” In general, protesters have agreed to peaceful demonstrations if police don’t interfere, while police agree to respect demonstrators’ right to assemble as long as there is no violence.

The real rules of engagement:

St. Louis “Coptalk” forum:

“If you do not have a gun, get one and get one soon. We will not be able to protect you or your family. It will be your responsibility to protect them. Our gutless commanders and politicians have neutered us. I’m serious, get a gun, get more than one, and keep one with you at all times.”

20. Muslim prayer breaks to be observed.

21. Pin the tail on the honkey is a culturally acceptable activity. So are knockout “games.”

22. Deadly force can be used against all non-blacks. Vice versa is a capital offense whether or not in self-defense.

23. Before acting, ask yourself “What Would Obama Do?” Then either head to a bath house or a golf course instead of enforcing the law.

24. Accusations of racism made by the African American community are presumed to be true because of the severity of the charge. Arrest the accused for hate crimes.

The protester’s definition of violence differs from yours and mind. The police have surrendered. After this, their only function will be revenue gathering as in issuing traffic tickets. It is once again the law abiding citizen that gets it in the ass. without vasoline.

Get a rifle. A pistol has severe limitations for extended fighting.

Preferably an AR-15, M-1A, AK-47, or a variant of one of those.

Any cop that really tries to confront these hoodlums is nuts.

Let them do what they want.

I have the belt-fed ready. Our main weapon will be a suppressed 10/22 with a norrell trigger pack if we need to get mobile. I live on a street with 25 houses. 20 of them have NRA stickers on their vehicles. We’ll meet up at the end of the street since we are on a cul-de-sac.

What separates this from any other day? They never are able to protect you or your family, and it’s been decided by the SCOTUS that they never had a responsibility to protect in the first place. They’re there to write reports and hand out tickets mostly.
