THIS NEEDS TO GO VIRAL----STOP OBAMA IN HIS TRACKS :

(1) Fund every penny that is budgeted now.....except defund all DHS, ICE, HHS and USCIS' rubber-stamp activities. Defund anything and everything that directly and indirectly deals with amnesty: work permits, green cards for illegals, gravy train subsidies, re-situating unaccompanied minors w/ families. Then let Obama defend his amnesty E/O or take the blame for the entire shutdown himself.

(2) As a further warning----no votes on ANY Obama nominees until Jan 20, 2017. No judges, No Attorney General, no sub-cabinet secretaries. NOTHING----thanks to the SCOTUS ruling, Obama could not recess-appoint ANYONE, if the House declares the Congress is always in session.

Rodrigues is rubber- stamping undesirables from 144 countries into the US....including those from contagion-ridden Central America and Ebola- stricken countries. During FY 2013, the DHS website showed US Border Patrol agents apprehended 112 immigrants from Guinea, 231 from Liberia and 145 immigrants from Sierra Leone,----three countries currently experiencing the most cases of Ebola.

SIGNIFICANTLY USCIS Rodrigues also oversees EB-5 visas. Under Rodrigues' purview---EB-5's are said to involve major threats to US national security:

5) Investment fraud by investors.

6) Fraud conspiracies by investors and regional center.
