When, suddenly, it is found that wet spots occur in the beds of gay couples, this effort will IMMEDIATELY get dropped as “prejudiced”. . . (evil grin)

In all seriousness, you can post a public comment in opposition to this here:

http://www2.epa.gov/uswaters

This should become a hobby for us FReepers; it’s time to put our opposition to this nonsense on the public record, just like the lefty tree huggers do.

Posting comments may indeed help. My only concern is that any anti-epa commentary will end up on lois lerners hard drive. :>}

In my real estate career I have had to advise property owners thinking of selling land to first inspect it for any sign there has ever been a mud puddle, for any moisture loving vegetation, and for any animal or plant life that the envirowhackos have managed to label endangered. When they have corrected those deficiencies, the property will be marketable.

Protecting true wetlands is one thing, but stealing value from owners under the guise of protecting them is quite another.

Doing it anyway. Just posted the following:

Dear EPA:

You've done a good job cleaning up the American environment. Thank you. Your work in that regard is done now and was done long ago. The rules and regulations you now propose are no longer about protecting the environment, but rather about federal intrusion and control into land that does not belong to you, but to individual landowners. As such, these regulations are "Takings" under the 5th Amendment to the Constitution, for which you should be required to pay just compensation to the landowner.

The solution is to end regulations by legislation.

Radical enviro wackos will crusade till hell freezes over unless stopped
