None of this could be True, It must be a LIE. WHy do I say that?

Because 10 years ago When my WIFE got her Green Card (UK Citizen) which means she is an “Immigrant” I was REQUIRED TO PERSONALLY GUARANTEE SHE WOULD NOT BE A PUBLIC CHARGE FOR 10 years. All of my Assets and Earnings would be ATTACHED. SO NONE OF THIS COULD BE TRUE

but fraud in the program is rarely investigated and recipient-level eligiblity is rarely investigated.

May be true where you live, but isn't the case in my state, where even naturalized citizens with full documentation get follow-up verification.
