Nation backs Republican agenda in new poll: Majority want lame duck Obama to play second fiddle
The Daily Mail ^ | November 11, 2014 | Francesca Chambers

A new Gallup poll shows that the majority of Americans don't want President Barack Obama calling all the shots anymore.

Americans say by a large margin that they'd rather Obama back off and let Republicans take the lead in the new Congress than the other way around.

The poll supports Republican claims that last week's midterm elections were in fact a referendum on the president - an assessment the White House has forcibly denied both before and after the president's party was walloped at the ballot box.

......... just 36 percent of respondents to Gallup's latest survey said they wanted Obama to set the agenda moving forward. More than half, 53 percent, said they thought Republicans' plans should be given more weight than the presidents.

The poll, taken after the election from Nov. 6-9, indicates that voters did indeed mean the midterm elections to be a realignment of leadership and priorities......................

These numbers will grow since the "stupid people" and Obamacare agenda to deceive the electorate for their own good was aired in the video.

That video can't be swept under the rug as it perfectly dovetails with Obama's repeated lies of, "If you like your doctor and hospital you can keep it" and "On average every American family will save $2500 with Obamacare."

LIARS!

CHEATS!

DESTROYERS of AMERICAN greatness!

And now ANOTHER VIDEO. In this one political activist, MIT economist and ACA (Obamacare) architect Jonathan Gruber goes after small business.

What? Obama said himself his policies - "all of them" - were on the ballot.

"We have to elect a Socialist into office - to see what he will do."

It is that mindset that causes so much damage!

The Gallup poll, taken after midterms indicates massive numbers of voters---who turned the electoral map bright red--- affirmed that their votes were intended to be a realignment of leadership and priorities away from Obama.......in the direction of Republicans. In sum, the Nation backs the Republican agenda; the majority want lame duck Obama to play second fiddle.

I'll drink to that.

And the response from Obama:

“The one thing I’m pretty confident about...is, I’m going to be busy for the next two years,’ he noted.

‘And the one thing that I want the American people to be confident about is that every day, I’m going to be filling up my time trying to figure out how I can make their lives better.

‘And if I’m doing that, at the end of my presidency, I’ll say, “We played that fourth quarter well, and we played the game well.” And the only difference between, I guess, basketball and ... politics is that the only score that matters is how’d somebody else do, not how you did. And that’s the score I’m keeping.’”

I think, on the whole, polls should be outlawed, and I support a Constitutional amendment to accomplish this.

The poll was last Tuesday. We know now as much as we need to know about “what the American people want”.

And if they “want” something other than what they created on Election Day, too bad.

In as much as he twice took the oath of office for president of the United States, his closing days might put him in a much better light if he finally started playing for the benefit of the home team.

Obama is listening,he is going to unleash executive orders on Global Warming that will cripple the country in the next couple weeks,so much for stopping the Marxist, and what is McConnell going to do,give him his continuing resolution to spend until next October on whatever he wants.
So much for the cowardly republicans,Ted Cruz is the only one with balls down there, the last continuing resolution ends Dec 11th,Shut down the freaking government until Jan 1st,it’s only 3 freaking weeks until the Republicans take over and slash the money from this Marxist ahole

His home team isn't a strong, growing United States.
