I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on August 28, 1963 at the Lincoln Memorial.
Irony indeed!

A modest proposal: Increase the number of suspensions of students of non-color.
The school administration could lower the threshhold of infractions that warrant suspensions for students of non-color. For example, being tardy, misspellings, and incorrect answers on math tests could all be elevated to suspendable infractions for students of non-color.
That way, the schools could keep in place the traditional suspensions for violence and classroom disruption.
