I don’t think so. His health is far from robust and contrary to popular belief he is the most unpopular Senator in the country according to polls. He would probably be a dead duck in a primary. My guess is that he will not run.
I remember the GOP convention in St. Paul in 2008.
McCain’s mother, when a speech concluded, not only clapped, she jumped out of her seat like a jack-in-the-box. She is one tough, and spry, lady.
If McCain takes after his mom, he’ll probably in the senate for decades to come (unfortunately).
I wonder if that upcoming Dem superstar “Commander” Mark Kelly (AKA Mr. Gabrielle Giffords) will take him on next time?
