And can we give some credit to Sen. Roberts, who has been a good conservative and has supported Cruz all along? He got a hard-fought return to the Senate and is right there with the whippersnappers, fighting the good fight.

Impeachment should be the #1 priority, I don’t care how they do it, just get this mofo out of office ASAP. The guy is a radical Muslim and an enemy of the United States, anyone who doubts that has been asleep the past 5 years. He’s done nothing BUT empower and help spread radical Islam while kicking the legs out from under the US at every turn and enough is enough. That’s what Cruz does best. But even if he succeeds in the court of public opinion, what mechanism is there to stop Obama? And once amnesty is ‘legally’ given, can it be rescinded?

I question the necessity of including the procedural threats. They should have just sent the offer to help with quick bipartisan debate on the issue. The threat is implicit. Reid knows that. Now Reid has no face saving alternative and will continue on as he has.

One of the great blessings of Obama (and Clinton) is that they made people stand up and rethink government. That Constitution is starting to look pretty good to a lot of “independents” aka mushy-middle.
