Can someone tell me how the heck Franken won? You mean to tell me that no one in the GOP could beat him? I mean, he’s a joke and the GOP couldn’t get someone elected to beat him! This one could have been a no-brainer for the GOP and they didn’t even try!

One of the magistrates that resigned in N Carolina is my cousin. He would not violate his belief that man/woman is marriage and nothing else is.
For decades he's been a legal, loyal, upstanding magistrate of N Carolina, and the next day he was breaking the law. All due to an out of control judiciary imposing its will on an actual vote of the people.
There was a religious test for him to keep his job. It is criminal what has been done.
The Narcissist-in-Chief is going to go scorched earth on the U.S. and Israel as vindictive retaliation.

Another midterm “shellacking” on a low turnout day.
Definite rejection of Obama “policies that were on the ballot” rather than broad embrace of the party running without any agenda or action plan.
Better than could have been expected (based on some polls) but worse than could have been hoped (NH and VA were definitely winnable but got away) and so many “reliably conservative” (presidential) states had Democrats in competitive races that should not have even be in the picture.
Definitely no “positive mandate” (Republicans didn’t run on one) but plenty of “negative mandate” to oppose Obama on every policy issue, specifically including immigration.
Hopefully even the dumber, the dumberer and the dumbest in the Stupid Party understand that.
