I too am happy for her and US. As a former military officer, she should do a good job. My hopes now are that all these promises made by Republican winners will do what they said they would do.

I know, I sit here behind my computer and when listening to news, etc., what would I do? Instead of carping against everything, I would like to have some good solutions, but everything is so mucked up and so complicated.

“...everything is so mucked up and so complicated.”

And becoming more so the longer it mucks along. They talk about repealing Obamacare, but how? People would be out of insurance, and their former agencies would have no obligation to take them back. Restoring the military would be difficult. Personnel have gone on to different jobs; their skills have faded; there are big shortages in equipment. These are just 2 areas. There may be some areas, that I can’t think of right now, that could be fixed with just the stroke of a pen, but most seem to be so involved that they could only be repaired in slow increments.
