The 1986 law was complete crap. It made it illegal to hire based on language skills or visa status.
If you read the 1986 law, it gives US citizens NO advantage in employment over any person that is in this country EXCEPT if they are here illegally. But if Obama grants some ‘temporary’ legal status to all illegals, they can stay indefinitely, compete for any job OR just take the free bene-s that all the freeloaders take.
