THIS NEEDS TO GO VIRAL ....a lawsuit, filed Friday in Baltimore, MD, U.S. District Court asserts that individuals who opted out of jury duty because they were not legal U.S. residents are registered to vote and have been casting ballots in at least three Maryland elections. Election Integrity groups have verified evidence of dual registrations in at least two states.... but say Maryland officials have been unresponsive their concerns.

The DNC, ACORN, and latino-centric pressure groups should also be sued on grounds of collusion and conspiracy to abrogate the civil rights of law-abiding American voters.

Official govt election documents have obviously been falsified....might also involve forgery. Penalties for falsifying govt documents are delineated in the Crimes Act of 1958. Ask your Congressman for a copy.

It appears Democrat campaign funds were raised under false pretenses----funds that were used to launch voting drives amongst individuals who are known illegals, funds that aided and abetted the commission of multiple felonies.

THOUSANDS OF OBAMA's DACA-TYPES ON VOTER ROLLS North Carolina election officials just discovered 145 names who are ineligible b/c they are illegal immigrants granted Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals status.....

....the NC State Bd of Elections discovered the illegal voters Tuesday when the DMV ran a search for DACA licenses. The DACA recipients on voting rolls will be sent letters requesting documentation that they are citizens. NC DACA beneficiaries are able to obtain drivers licenses, but are not able to vote.

The Winston-Salem Journal notes that it is likely more ineligible people may still remain on the voting rolls. Nearly 10,000 names on the rolls are tagged by the DMV as "legally present"..... But that doesn’t mean that all 10,000 are ineligible to vote. These were not US citizens when they got a license. They may have been green-card holders, foreign workers or foreign students, for example.

Earlier, election officials did a sample cross-check of 1,600 of the 10,000 “legally present” names against a DHS database and found that 94% were eligible to vote.....that means if the ratio held for the whole 10,000, 600 people would be ineligible.

NC--DMV is now cross checking all the names....early voting is set to start Thursday.

HEALTHCARE MY AUNT TILLY---Healthcare.gov is a sub rosa Dummycrat voter registration site. "Obamacare" is a huge voter fraud machine---registering unsuspecting enrollees who get plugged into Democrat voter rolls just by enrolling for "healthcare."

NEWS STORY--Local couple received pre-marked voter registration card from "Covered California" (Cali O/Care); an envelope from the state's Obamacare website contained a letter discussing voter registration and a registration card pre-marked with an "x" in the box next to Democratic Party.
