New Polls Show Democrats Have All The Momentum In Georgia Senate Race
Politics USA ^ | 10/24/14

A new CNN/ORC Poll is the latest in a long line of polls to show Democrat Michelle Nunn leading David Perdue in the Georgia Senate race. More importantly, the CNN poll shows that Nunn would win a runoff between the two candidates.

CNN reported, “Democrat Michelle Nunn has a slight 47%-44% edge over Republican David Perdue in the Georgia race for an open Senate seat, according to a new CNN/ORC International survey released Friday…Libertarian candidate Amanda Swafford is pulling 5% of the vote in Georgia, keeping Nunn and Perdue from reaching the 50% threshold….In a hypothetical runoff, Nunn still holds a small margin over Perdue, 51% to 47%. But the poll’s likely voter model can only estimate the November electorate, as a runoff election can draw a smaller and different crowd than the general election.”

Lots of folks don’t realize just how close Georgia is to flipping blue. Fifteen years ago we didn’t think Colorado would flip blue so quickly, either.

I have said all along that the chances of the Reps taking the senate was no better than 50/50, if for no other reason than the systemic voter fraud with the Dems.

“she/he would vote with Obama” seems to be the only message the Republican nationwide have this year.
To paraphrase your remark:
Pretty lame campaign(s). Is this the best American can do?

Agreed. GA is moving Left even faster than CO. By 2020, it will be Blue. One word ... demographics.

It’s the Ferguson effect. Heavy early voting is reported in some of the poorest black areas around Atlanta.

I have to disagree with you on not seeing how quick Colorado would become Californicated. This started with the recession in the the early 80s. Californicators found out they could sell their property in California and purchase in Colorado for less than half the price of California prices. Once there, they started remaking Colorado in California's image. THAT was the beginning. By the time I left Colorado in 2002, they were well on their way. Now they are close to being competently Californicated. This election probably will tell the tale.

..... the chances of the Reps taking the Senate was no better than 50/50 b/c of Democrats' systemic voter fraud....

You got that right----vote-crazed Dems work voting scams 24/7. Here's just one way tricky Dems work the enrollment/voter scam:

OBAMACARE IS ALSO A VOTER REGISTRATION WEB SITE: O/Care's Oregon state exchange "accidentally" enrolled 4000 illegals (that we know of). In one state alone, vote-crazed Dems racked up 4000 votes (that we know of) to help them survive looming 2014 midterms). This was no accident.

==============================

Unsuspecting Obamacare enrollees are being plugged into Democrat voter rolls. Local couple upset after receiving pre-marked voter registration card from "Covered California" (Cali O/Care)
10news | 03-29-2014 | Preston Phillips / FR Posted by Kevin in California

A local couple called 10News concerned after they received an envelope from the state's Obamacare website, Covered California. Inside was a letter discussing voter registration and a registration card pre-marked with an "x" in the box next to Democratic Party.

Another healthcare.gov site announced it had "accidentally" registered 1000 illegal latinos to vote.

========================================================

THOUSANDS OF OBAMA's DACA-TYPES ON VOTER ROLLS North Carolina election officials just discovered 145 names who are ineligible b/c they are illegal immigrants granted Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals status.....

....the NC State Bd of Elections discovered the illegal voters Tuesday when the DMV ran a search for DACA licenses. The DACA recipients on voting rolls will be sent letters requesting documentation that they are citizens. NC DACA beneficiaries are able to obtain drivers licenses, but are not able to vote.

The Winston-Salem Journal notes that it is likely more ineligible people may still remain on the voting rolls. Nearly 10,000 names on the rolls are tagged by the DMV as "legally present"..... But that doesn’t mean that all 10,000 are ineligible to vote. These were not US citizens when they got a license. They may have been green-card holders, foreign workers or foreign students, for example.

Earlier, election officials did a sample cross-check of 1,600 of the 10,000 “legally present” names against a DHS database and found that 94% were eligible to vote.....that means if the ratio held for the whole 10,000, 600 people would be ineligible.

NC--DMV is now cross checking all the names....early voting is set to start Thursday.

=================================================

In states where the Senate election is a dead heat, illegals are the margin of victory Obama needs to retain total control. God only knows what the ding-a-ling is planning.

No ... election fraud and voting machines are the potential margin of victory. Let’s say all 145 vote. Big deal when you can adjust a voting machine’s totals (proven fact) with little effort.

We are screaming about the wrong thing. Voter fraud is a misdirect from election fraud.

There is also the use of the Libertarian party to split the pro-constitution vote.

It is why I left the Libertarians. Again and again, I saw pretty good Republicans defeated in favor of really bad Democrats, because pro-constitutional people split their vote.

I see this post on FR every year, yet every year the “hard leftist” polls seem to validate more often than not.

It is what it is....the right is fractured and the left is organized and solidified.

You see it every day on FR. The left has its act together and the right wing forms a circular firing squad about ideological purity that pisses everyone off and then the right ends up not winning very often.

Get ready for 2016. I’m popping popcorn already to watch the fun.

That's precisely why the Republicans won't win the Senate and will lose House seats.

They're all employing the Romney strategy. Speak in nice squishy tones so your opponent won't call you a mean-old extremist, co-opt most of the statist Left agenda so your opponent won't call you a mean-old extremist, and bash Obama and run out the clock and not sell yourself.

According to the reliably leftist Huffington Post, the aggregate of polls still favor Perdue by 2. Latest aggregate was compiled today.
