you explain: “Its’ ... for natural resources held in trust by and for the citizens, “
And THEY get to share in the profits of the resources of THEIR state - thanks to Sarah and her taking on the corruption in the oil industry - BEFORE she was governor.
She cleaned house - of the dirty cronies - whether they had an “R” or a “D” after their names. didn’t make her very popular with the pubbies - but it sure did with the people.
And Alaskans now get a yearly ‘dividend’ check - each and every one of them. Comes just in time to put in the oil furnace. How apropos it that...
THIS is the kind of person(s) we need in leadership.

He became pro gay as well, unless of course that was always his position. Strange things happen when people no longer feel the need to lie about their true feelings on issues, truth sometimes comes out.
Nah. Got my wife to play What Child Is This? on the piano. Doesn’t work at all.
Here, maybe I can sing it to this tune:
Cannot understand these German lyrics much anyway. I’ll let you know.
Palin has said nothing. I want to hear what she says.
and don't forget the lights
Haven’t Alaska residents been receiving a yearly “dividend check” from the Alaska Permanent Fund since at least the early 1980s?
Bullfeathers!
That’s the one I’ve been missing. Cockamamie, poppycock, balderdash, hogwash...BULLFEATHERS!
Thank you ever so much.

Palin’s endorsement actually meant a lot for Handel. She came in third with 7 on the ballot:
Perdue 30.64%
Kingston 25.80%
Handel 21.96%
The Permanent Fund had been in place long before anybody had ever heard of Palin. She had nothing to do with its implementation. Gov. Hammond, back in the 80’s started it.
Yep - It's called the PFD - and that check goes a long way towards heating in the winter.
Sarah's the one that blasted the cronyism in the oil industry in Alaska wide open, BEFORE she was governor. (But of course, all you opiners know this, right?)
- No the Rhinos want to everything to the days of cronyism - the rats nest (that some pubbies also got caught in) that Sarah cleaned up before she was governor.
Why should she stand by and let this all torn down, just becasue the guy's a pubbie?

which outcome do you prefer?
Victory by Candidate A or Candidate B?
secret ballot. Anonymous ballot.
1. a. Candidate A is good
b. Candidate B is even better
2. a. Candidate A is bad
b. Candidate B is even worse
none of the above is not allowed, since None of the above cannot be the victor.
If the RINO is 2.b., vote for A.
is the election in doubt? IF not, Different quiz.
you say: “There must be some reason for this goofiness. “
Try doing a little research.
He’s intent on returning the state’s oil industry back to the c rooked days of cronyism - where the politicians divided up the profits - and nothing for the people.
She took ‘em all on - no matter the party - and won...some time before she was governor.
Why would she want to see this fall apart and back to the corruption - on the backs of the people?

APFC was established in 1976. It paid the first
dividend in 1982 and has paid one annually since.
That is what Walker is. He absolutely in favor of abortion rights and, at one point, promised to veto pro-life legislation.
There is no excuse for any pro-lifer supporting him. Walker is worse than Romney because he hasn't even pretended to convert to the pro-life position.
I never vote blank.
if Parnell is that bad, vote for the DEM.
...” She let her personal animosity towards Parnell lead her to endorse a liberal Democrat over a conservative Republican”....
That’s how I see it....
Also, when it comes to oil...and Alaska’s dependency on it, that card is going to be played. How it’s played in any state is a juggling act that can change monthly, yearly and otherwise.
Besides Sarah’s pretty much a media-star more than anything else now...as well her family issues. Further I’m not convinced in Alaska she carries the weight she once did.
:)
