Is Mrs. Holder a private Citizen? If so, how can they claim E.P. when communicating outside of the executive ‘bubble’??

Yea, I always feel a bit of a tinge of guilt whenever I post my Milhous Obama. . .I met Nixon twice, once in office and once many years later in Korea during the Summer Olympics ('88). Both times he was very warm and gracious.
The reality is that the "evil Nixon" persona was overwhelmingly a liberal media invention and, whenever I post my Milhous Obama, I am lampooning this outrageous liberal caricature of Nixon. . .and to say that it is more aptly affixed to Obama. . .who fits it to a tee. . AND THEN SOME. . a LOT more "then some," in fact. . . .
So, I post Milhous Obama with sincere apologies to President Nixon. . .and I am hopefully that he may find some solace in the knowledge that IT DRIVES LIBERALS CRAZY!!!
I do believe Obama has indeed incriminated himself....oops!

So the office of the POTUS now includes the first lady.
I guess that would make the first lady a cabinet officer which means that the APPOINTMENT of the first lady must be ratified by the Senate.
Awe! How transparent of him.
Nothing says “Guilty” like invoking executive privilege.
