Good to see two different judges ruling that states (and now, apparently, commonwealths and territories) may define marriage as being between a man and a woman.

We all know this will eventually end up before SCOTUS on appeal; it’s only a matter of time. Getting a couple of good trial court decisions will give conservatives at least a fighting chance, however slim, of winning this battle.

I’m not optimistic of our chances with the current composition of the Supreme Court, but miracle happen.
