Warning: Extremely Disturbing Images. Woman Stoned to Death by ISIS in Syria
MEMRI TV ^ | 10-21-14

A video posted on the Internet shows the stoning of a woman accused of adultery in the Hama area in Syria. In the video, an official from the Islamic State is shown administering the proceedings, at the end of which, the woman is led to a hole in the ground, where she is stoned to death by her father and other men present.

Following are excerpts from a video featuring ISIS stoning a woman to death in Hama, Syria, which was posted on the Internet on October 21, 2014:

ISIS Member: You are the first woman in this area on whom we are implementing the punishment of stoning for adultery. We hope that this will serve as a lesson for other women.

[…]

This punishment is the result of the actions you did of your free will. Nobody forced you to do this. Therefore, you should be satisfied with the ruling decreed by Allah, and submit to Allah. Islam means submission and obedience to Allah, okay? Are you pleased with the punishment decreed by Allah?

Woman nods her head

Good.

He turns to the father of the woman

Is there anything you would like to say to your daughter?

Father: No.

Woman: Ask him to forgive me.

Father: I won't!

[…]

I am not your father anymore.

ISIS Member: Okay, you are not her father anymore, but you can still forgive her.

Woman: Forgive me.

Father: No.

ISIS Member: She'll be delivered to Allah anyway.

Father: There is God in the heavens.

Woman: Forgive me.

Father: You expect me to forgive you for your mistake?!

Woman: Forgive me.

Father: No.

ISIS Member: Forgive her.

Father: I'm sorry, but my heart won't let me.

Woman: God will forgive me.

Father: Hopefully God forgives you, but I won't.

ISIS Member: The Lord is more merciful than us all. Allah willing, you will be rewarded for forgiving her. She is going to die. Please, forgive her.

Father: My heart won't let me.

Woman: Please, father…

Father: Don't call me "father"!

ISIS Member: Okay, but forgive her. Tell her you do.

Father: Fine, I forgive you.

ISIS Member: Okay, that's it.

Woman: Hold my hand.

Father: That I won't do.

ISIS Member: Dear sister, now that we are on the verge of implementing one of Allah's punishments, what do you want to say? What advice do you have? Say your last words before you leave this world for the next. Go ahead.

Woman: I advise every woman…

ISIS Member: Speak up!

Woman: I advise every woman to guard her chastity as much as she guards her life.

ISIS Member: Good.

Father: So why didn't you?

Woman: Enough with that!

I advise fathers that when they marry their daughter off, they should examine to what environment they send them.

ISIS Member: This is a message to all married men form a married Muslim woman, who was driven to do what she did by the mistake of some men. Don't leave your women alone beyond the period designated by the shari'a.

[…]

If you leave your wives alone for a year, two years, or even three years – what will happen with those women? Satan will toy with them as he pleases. Return to Allah, brothers, and take care of your wives.

Woman: Forgive me. Forgive me.

ISIS member, as the father ties the woman's arms to her body: God will forgive you. Go down there, and tie her legs. Go down there, and tie her legs.

Woman: Forgive me. Forgive me.

The father leads the woman by a rope and has her kneel down as he ties her legs up

ISIS Member: Tie her up. Put the blanket on her head. Sheik, tie her up.

Say that there is no god but Allah. Say that there is no god but Allah. Say: There is no god but Allah, and I ask forgiveness from Allah. We now begin the implementation of the first stoning punishment for adultery in the rural area east of Hama.

The woman is pelted to death with large stones by her father and the men surrounding her

Wonder how Sandra Fluke would make out over there.

She needs to be asked publically about this. All democrats need to be on record about this.

“Now show me some violence against them and I’d gladly watch.”

Search for “ISIS” and “salt” and you will see shite muslime terrists slicing up sunni muslime terrists with knives and rubbing salt on their wounds.

It’s a good thing they didn’t bring a homosexual to Jesus. Otherwise FReepers wouldn’t have as much to post about.

Islam should IMO be considered similarly as a deadly virus such as Ebola, and totally eradicated with no remorse. Let that be the numbers Agenda 21 seeks.

Unanswered questions:

What happened to the man/men?

Where is the National Organization of Gals?

Human Rights Watch?

Al Sharpton?

The SPLC?

You have to be a pig-ignorant moron even to wonder. Nothing she could have done deserves this. What kind of animal are you?

Way to take what I said out of context. Do you understand context? And do you understand sarcasm? They stone women just because they are women! They don't even need a reason! That was my point.

Perhaps the “war on women” women survivors in the U.S.A. could join forces with the peaceniks of the “religion of peace” and go after these “hijackers” of the “religion of peace”. #Michellecouldjointoo.

I have been reading the Books of Exodus and Leviticus this week. One of the constant themes is not only God's incredible power, but the clear fact that He was not messing around. He was VERY clear, and when He was defied, there was swift judgment and retribution. For instance, when Aaron's sons, who were given the intense honor and responsibility of being priests for Israel, decided to act on their own and take glory for themselves before the people, God's fire came out of the tent of meeting and instantly killed them.....just like in the movie Raiders.

Leviticus gives us detailed instructions about all of the offerings required (guilt, sin, wave, food offerings), and just how to perform them. Because of Jesus Christ being the offering, and the dispensation of Grace, those are no longer required. But the laws against incest, perjury, bribery, theft, and bestiality still apply. The New Testament writings make this clear as well. The harshness, in our terms, of putting someone to death for homosexuality or bestiality seem stark. But The Israelites never would have survived as a people back then if these sinners were given an inch (my opinion).

In Christ's words, I have committed adultery in my heart for even lusting after a beautiful woman. That is why the key to salvation is repent and believe, believe and repent. Christ is the only way.

There is a great aspect of sympathy to the story of Christ forgiving that woman. It showed the Lord's compassion and mercy. Homosexuals can obtain mercy as well, but it requires accepting Christ AND repentance. She was clearly repentant in the story, and Christ forgave her and told her to sin no more. He chose to demonstrate His love and mercy in this particular instance. Adultery is a sin, but it is never called what God called homosexuality - an "Abomination." That is grave sin. Perversion. Horrible acts against God. As I said, all sin can be forgiven, but homosexuality is particularly vile in God's eyes.

They’re too busy about making sure women have the right to kill their babies to have any time to waste on unimportant stuff like women being stoned

Yet there are people on this forum who want the death penalty for women who have abortions.

Is this a "teachable moment"?

There are people on this forum--and I am one of them--who despise abortion, and since it is not "rare" (remember "safe, legal, and rare"?) would want it to be illegal once again; and as for "safe"--it is 100% lethal for the innocent life.

So I'm not concerned about collateral damage if it were no longer legal or safe.

That is NOT the same aa the "death penalty for women who have abortions.

Is this a "teachable moment"?

Not for me--maybe for you.

No it isn't. Yet I have seen posts advocating the death penalty for abortion, here on this forum.

The story in John 8 is misused by many to justify taking adultery so lightly. If a man caught in the act of sodomy had been brought to Jesus instead, these same people would have to shrug and smile on that sin instead.

Since you’ve studied the Law of Moses, you know that the witnesses/accusers were to be the first to start the rock-throwing. And you also know that when someone bore false witness, he was to receive the punishment for the crime he had accused the other of.

Yes, you’re right that sodomy is an abomination. Yet both it and adultery were capital crimes under the Law. We don’t have to backtrack far along our society’s path into depravity to find acceptance of adultery. Acceptance of sodomy is only a couple rungs down the ladder into the sewer. So if we don’t like the smell down here, a lot of blame falls upon those who shrugged at adultery.

God’s Law was intended to preserve Israel, just as you said. But even they - or the tribe of Benjamin anyway - made the full descent into the sewer, engaging in and defending sodomy.

In this case, it was clearly a setup, since only the woman was brought to “trial” and not the man. If it was a trumped-up charge, whoever cast the first stone would bring a death sentence upon himself. They took the wiser course and dropped the charges.

If I were to guess, I’d suppose that what Jesus wrote in the dirt were the relevant Scriptures governing such a farcical trial.

Sorry, that post got a bit discombobulated. Try this one instead:

There are some Biblical scholare who believe that Leviticus was written during or after the Babylonian Exile as a sort of “revisionism”—not in the modern sense—but based on reflecting back on how Israel had fallen and concluding “if we had only done X-Y-Z this would not have happened”.

The X-Y-Z formed the Levitical code.

It is an interesting theory.

For abortionists, maybe. I have never seen a post here advocating a death penalty for the mother. Perhaps there have been, but I haven't seen one. I wouldn't have have any problem with a criminal death penalty for abortionists because they they know exactly what they are doing.

Cordially,
