In the recent months, I have been engaged in political debates with liberals mostly under the age of 40 (I am over the age of 40). These debates have taken place in person, via email and political discussion blogs.
In each occurrence, I was contacted or confronted by the individuals who wanted to engage in discussions with me. I was personally contacted and invited to participate in discussions on a blog that repost some of my articles. However, after each round of discussions, I am saddened with the realization that our great country is in deep trouble if today’s young liberals are America’s future.
The first thing that is quite evident is that the liberal institutions have done a good and thorough job in indoctrinating our young people. The liberal professors have taught them to view America through the lens of the past rather than the present. This trick has caused these individuals to be filled with anger at an America that does not exist (an America that they themselves were not alive to experience).
Every issue that is discussed is based on the false premise that every negative thing that happened in past (slavery, Jim Crow, The Southern Strategy) is influencing everything that is happing in the present (i.e. Voter ID laws, Ebola). However, there is never any mention of all the positive things that happened in the past that continues to make America great today. It is as though they believe that the American people are programmed robots void of the ability to think or make decision for themselves based on current issues.
While engaged in discussions, I have learned that liberals do not read. When commenting on my articles, liberals have accused me of saying things that are not in the article

Engaging with them is good but really should be done on a one on one basis because liberalism relies on the buddy system because the ideology is weak.

What I have learned is that they have memorized the leftist cliches and slogans REALLY well.
In the end, it’s not only America they hate, it’s Christians and GOD. They’re satanists.
Fortunately the future does not belong to young liberals. I am constantly leeting young people, some in their teens, who are intellectual conservatives. They have a grasp of history and an understanding of the world. Their attitude toward their liberal counterparts is, in the words of my daughter, to “slap their silly faces until they wake up from their daydreaming.” I believe these young patriots are our future.
Well we as conservatives, have contributed to America’s sell-out. Both parties are to blame.
Who is supporting American jobs? Who?
Name one single politician.
We (and liberals running huge conglomerates) have sold far too much of what used to make America great, to China.
Both parties have sold out America. This is a simple fact. We face a (massive) trade deficit now with China, a communist country which doesn’t even allow us to own our own investments there.
America we need to be for America again.
Bring back jobs. Jobs.
They can only follow the narrative and will walk away when confronted with anything outside the narrative. Any facts outside the narrative are blamed on Fox News.
Like many of our forefathers, they dislike people who “know too much”.

Smart Daughter you have be thankful. To many people have there eyes open but cannot see.
One of the things which strikes me about this is how much the left denigrates rote memorization in education.
Then they spend substantial amounts of time teaching kids to parrot the leftwing line.
The only hope for the young (as always) is that will eventually grow up and experience reality.
That they will get married, have kids, buy a home, have a decent income, pay taxes, attend religious services and come to understand what life is really all about. Then they become conservatives.
The writer describes symptoms of this phenomenon; and actually, in doing so, shows signs that she has not, herself, escaped some aspects of the malady. (For instance, what is negative about the Southern strategy that Strom Thurmond sold to Nixon? Among other benefits, what few significant victories our side has had in the Federal Courts since 1970 are a clear benefit from that strategy.)

Understand that THE underlying motivation of a “liberal” is the support of their self-righteousness. In some, it’s simply the desire to feel good about themselves as “good people”, in others, it approaches a level of sanctimony.
So, the actual “viability” of any issue is NOT the issue.
This issue is how the person holding any viewpoint on the issue feels about themselves as a result of holding that viewpoint.
If you want to see what the future holds when run by this kids, look at Greece today. That is where we will end up.
Liberals use the ‘book of logical fallacies’ as a text on how to conduct an argument.

because the “grammar” stage of education is the foundation for “logic” and “rhetoric”.
Destroy the foundation, and you don’t have to worry about actually defending a fallacious assertion later.
