United Nations human rights experts described Detroit’s mass water shut-offs as “a man-made perfect storm” Monday and called on city officials to restore water to those unable to pay, including those with disabilities or chronic illnesses.
Meanwhile, Detroit’s officials said the two lawyers’ actions and conclusions were agenda-driven and not based on “facts” about the city’s progress in helping residents keep or regain service.
Leilani Farha and Catarina de Albuquerque, who were in town to observe the effect of water service shut-offs, said they affect the poorest and most vulnerable—and particularly discriminate against Detroit’s majority black population. …

World War is coming. It's not just going to be in this country, but worldwide. The marxists must be annihilated in every corner of the world. This madness MUST be stopped permanently or mankind will simply end up as a mass of slaves to a very few privileged lowlifes forever.
It's time to stand up to the madness and put a permanent end to it, no matter what the cost or ramifications, IMO.
Since water is a necessity, I suggest that Detroit appoint a water czar. It shall be the responsibility of the water czar to make sure that water payments are deducted automatically from government payments to the gibsmedats.

While I’m sympathetic to anyone who actually can’t pay their water bill, there’s little real occasion for that actually happening. What with all the welfare programs we have today. What often happens is people spending the money we give them on other things - letting boring utility bills go I paid. ( ps: tell the UnitedNazis to gth!
Water is about $3.00 per 1,000 gallons and that is the high end for price. I don’t see how a person cannot afford water at that price.
