Clinton: Midterm Elections Should Motivate Women
ABC News ^ | October 20, 2014 | By LISA LEFF

Hillary Rodham Clinton urged Democratic voters not to be complacent about the November midterm elections, saying Monday that working women and their families will lose out on a better future if Republicans gain control of both houses of Congress.

The former secretary of state made the remarks during a sold-out women's luncheon in San Francisco that raised $1.4 million for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.

"It's truly regrettable that despite all the great work Nancy did and President Obama, given what was inherited when the president came into office that we are having to work so hard to elect and re-elect Democrats. It's as though the other side wants to pass an air of amnesia over America," she said.

Hillary apparently has cooties too. They snuck her into Michigan to campaign and shipped her out with virtually no media.

You know what p*sses me off more than anything: George W. Bush (as much as his policies led to President Obama) WILL NOT get off his butt and campaign hard for Republicans like Bill Clinton does-another reason that I consider the whole BUSH clan genuine “traitors”!!

In a way, Clinton's right: the elections should motivate women.

For instance, female embryos (future women) should have a voice at the ballot box, and voting age women and men should provide it.

Muslim women should be kept in mind -- discriminated as they are in many ways, some of them merely bothersome, some horrific. Where is the feminist movement?

And, of course, women are every bit as affected as men by taxation and regulatory policies which transfer wealth from society's producers to society's sponges.

Not only that but he’s NOT going around the country even trying to rally Republicans for the mid-term elections like Bill Clinton is.

Hey Wendy Davis in Texas has her press secretary tweeting about Greg Abbott’s “position” on dildos,,,

Yes, you read that right. Should have said armadildos,,but anyway, you get the point.

Michelle Malkin had a field day with this on Twitchy. I am laughing so hard I can’t breathe.

Texas Observer post covered it. Hillarious! Well, the blog is definitely anti-Abbott,,but the comments are to die for!!!!

“Therefore, the American people have wisely established a custom against allowing any man to hold that office for more than two consecutive terms. But every shred of power which a President exercises while in office vanishes absolutely when he has once left office. An ex-President stands precisely in the position of any other private citizen, and has not one particle more power to secure a nomination or election than if he had never held office at all, indeed, he probably has less because of the very fact that he has held the office.” - Theodore Roosevelt

So I guess you say that when one is no longer President, they don’t have the soft ~power~ of public influence?? Because obviously that’s what I am talking about.

I guess W doesn’t want to risk offending the RATS. His Daddy would have Carl Rove smack him if he did that.

didn’t Clinton sign pardons and stuff on his way out? Like literally on the way for the Bush inaugural?

If this is supposed to be a zinger, she's got a long way to go. She is absolutely horrible on the stump.
