Clearly not.
I wonder how many of these federal judges were appointed after Harry Reid ‘nuked’ the filibuster ... if the GOP had any stones (yeah right), they’d have as part of the party platform impeachment and removal of these judges before any restoration of the filibuster.
Judges should not have more power than the people and elected critters
Think of all those days since the beginning of the country . . . why, since the beginning of the WORLD . . . makes you shudder.
So sick of surrendering politicians.
The courts dont legalize same-sex marriage to advance freedom, but to use it as a battering ram against freedom.
God Watches..and Waits..
Harry and his cronies will not come out the winners
I’m really not understanding some of this. Striking down a law banning something doesn’t automatically make it legal since there’s no precedent for it having happened before. I mean, where’s the law making it legal since marriage has always been one man-one woman.
It's journalistic shorthand. They actually ordered same sex marriage to be legalized, with the Judge arguing that there is no "rational basis" for the state to prevent to same sex marriage.
So it was legislation from the bench.
I think we will see it. The GOP may not be doing anything out of the ordinary to help them win big but the courts, the President and Democrats have been operating like they have a death wish. I don’t see how the GOP don’t win a majority in the Senate with a couple seats to spare. Democrat enthusiasm is at the bottom and people like you and me will always show up and while I’m not thrilled with the GOP I can’t say I won’t enjoy the coming Democrat beatdown.
I'm not going to modify my conduct or beliefs just because the government endorses immorality and perversion. I'll teach my kids that the government endorses immorality and perversion; and they can infer what they will about the government as a whole.
AMEN!
Judges aren’t elected, and whatever opposition to homosexual marriage exists in the GOP, is not a campaign issue. The GOP isn;t going to fight to reverse what the courts have done. Any opposition it has (and it’s not much) is purely rhetorical.
My point merely is that a lot of angry swing voters will vote Republican to send the Democrats a message. All representatives and 1/3 of the senators are up for grabs.
That's the sodomite narrative they want you to believe. Don't give them the satisfaction.
