I will never for the life of me understand why our side just bent over and took what the media was saying without ever fighting back.

I know we did in the forums and on a lower level...but there were people in positions hi up that could have squashed the “No WMD’s” meme...and they didn’t.

Also a War update;

and vast amounts of nerve agents;

http://www.foxnews.com/world/2014/10/19/dragon-egg-marines-who-guarded-saddam-mysterious-bunker-fear-weapons-unleashed/

some of the most deadly chemical and biological weapons known to man had a name for one especially mysterious bunker: The Dragon’s Egg.

An Iraqi Army outpost was positioned immediately next to the Dragon’s Egg bunker, which was under constant observation. It was an open secret that the bunker contained vast amounts of Hussein’s most dangerous nerve agents, according to Hartley.

Al Muthanna was overrun by Islamic State militants in July.

“Our troops’ mission was not to clean this up; that was something the Iraqis were supposed to do, and obviously they didn’t do a very good job of it,” the general added. “I know from talking to people who were involved, that the Sunni insurgents used some of these weapons as IED’s against us.”

Of course he could have fought back and should have but didn’t.

Saw some recent coverage that indicated this was all “ Karl Rove” driven.

Vote for the BETTER of the two candidates.

Fla voter... Gov choice Crist ( I’ll be whatever you want me to be to get elected)
and Rick Scott.

Not overly impressed with Scott, but he’s got our votes as Crist, like his brethren
Patrick Murphy are former R’s switched to get elected based on winds....

The LAST thing ROCk could ever be accused of by anyone who knows him on here...is being a RINO.

Someone needs to do their homework.

Speaking of corruption in the DOJ:

The top deputy to Attorney General Eric Holder announced his resignation on Thursday amid revelations that Operation Fast and Furious scandal guns were used to harm Americans in Phoenix in 2013, a development top congressional

Republicans say President Obama’s administration sought to cover up.
Documents released by conservative government watchdog group Judicial Watch—and put forward by Senate Judiciary Committee ranking member Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform chairman Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA)—show that an assault rifle purchased as part of Fast and Furious was used in a Phoenix-area crime in July 2013 that left two people wounded.

Part of a police report shows the rifle’s serial number, 1977DX1654. Judicial Watch obtained the documents from a lawsuit it filed against the city of Phoenix, Judicial Watch v. City of Phoenix, to get officials to release the documents.

Nerve Agent
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nerve_agent

As chemical weapons, they are classified as weapons of mass destruction by the United Nations according to UN Resolution 687 (passed in April 1991) and their production and stockpiling was outlawed by the Chemical Weapons Convention of 1993; the Chemical Weapons Convention officially took effect on April 29, 1997.

Initial symptoms following exposure to nerve agents (like sarin) are a runny nose, tightness in the chest, and constriction of the pupils. Soon after, the victim will then have difficulty breathing and will experience nausea and drooling. As the victim continues to lose control of their bodily functions, they will involuntarily salivate, lacrimate, urinate, defecate, and experience gastrointestinal pain and vomiting. Blisters and burning of the eyes and/or lungs may also occur.[2][3] This phase is followed by initially myoclonic jerks followed by status epilepticus. Death then comes via complete respiratory depression, most likely via the excessive peripheral activity at the neuromuscular junction of the diaphragm.[4]

The effects of nerve agents are very long lasting and increase with successive exposures. Survivors of nerve agent poisoning almost invariably suffer chronic neurological damage. This neurological damage can also lead to continuing psychiatric effects

After TWO Bushs, McCain, Romney, Mr. Roberts (It is a TAX) and other assorted RINO Leaders of the Republican (Elitist) party, You are pissing on “conservatives”?????

Go look in the mirror, then tell me why I should vote for any RINO.

That the RINOs, in your opinion, are LESS EVIL than the Democrat commies is NOT an acceptable answer or argument to vote for RINOs

Yup...they hammered that stuff into our heads in Basic Training.

I’ve always thought that what was/is known as Gulf War Syndrome...was exposure to low levels of Chemical and biological agents.

There was a report on 20/20 right after I got out of basic and AIT about the symptoms of the soldiers who were getting sick after returning from the first Gulf War...I grabbed my IET “Smart Book” and almost line by line found the same symptoms in the chapter on chemical biological and nerve agent exposure.

IMO this is another Agent Orange exposure type of coverup by our Government.

I have to disagree with you on Bennett. I listen to him most mornings and he is a RINO. He LOVES big G’ment. Only problem he has is that HE, Bennett in not in charge.

There is no place for a Dept. of Education in the Federal G’ment!

No!

I'm p!$$ing on the so-called conservatives who enabled Obola and the RATs.

That the RINOs, in your opinion, are LESS EVIL than the Democrat commies is NOT an acceptable answer or argument to vote for RINOs

Really?

You don't think that a majority, with an ever increasing ratio of conservatives to RINOs in Congress, with total control of all committees, would be better than what we have now?

Back in the Newt days, a lot of change and pushback happened, then they got rid of him. The first few Bush II years with an R Congress, were a cluster, but things would have been markedly different if there had been a TEAparty.

RINOs, like em or not (and I don't) the total number of majority "Rs" gives power to the NON-RINOS....like Ted Cruz and Mike Lee.

By the way, never in the history of our nation have we ever seen such a disaster as the current government and economy, even under RINO control.

So yes...you're wrong.

0bama simply meant he didn’t use any tongue with the doctors.

It also sounds sexist. Does 0bama think there are no female doctors or male nurses? What a putz.

Why did the Bush administration put up with this?

For exactly the same reason why the Bush Administration put up with everything else that got dumped on 'em:

THE EXACT SAME BUNCH OF CRIMINAL BLEEPIN' TRAITORS IN OUR VERY OWN "NEWS" MEDIA WHO WOULD HAVE EITHER DISSED THE OBJECTIONS AS "COVERUP" OR JUST IGNORED THEM.

Which is exactly the same as done ever since 1968.

....but I'm just repeating myself, ain't I???
