In an appearance on “The O’Reilly Factor” Friday night, conservative columnist Ann Coulter was critical of the GOP for appealing to known Democratic voting blocs, specifically Hispanics, rather than simply appealing to base voters.
“Instead of constantly sucking up to a group of people who will never vote for you,” said Coulter, hitting specifically against GOPers for immigration reform, “how about appealing to the other voters who are just gonna go home and say ‘Screw you.’”

From 2012 this is almost identical to what she said to O’Reilly. Not enough Hispanic voters and Hispanic voters who would flip in Ohio or NC. Only 3% Hispanic in some key swing states.
The GOP is running on fumes.

Once you get past the narco terrorists and gang bangers, Hispanic aliens are Catholics with a work ethic. In twenty or thirty years, they will be conservative, however, by that time we’ll be an authoritarian Marxist state which they helped bring about.

Gingrich and Rick Perry thought they could pander to Hispanics. Romney at the time was better on the issue than them.
Coulter is wrong on Mexicans. We must appeal to them, but only to their honest side, to the second-generation Mexican immigrants who support enforcement of existing immigration laws.

She has said that when she went to Tea Party rallies in Florida the hispanics she spoke to were pro-borders.
She touts Cruz or Romney because of immigration.
She even mentioned to Howie Carr writing in Jeff Sessionns at one point.
So Ann’s solution for appealing to the conservative base is Mitt Romney or/and Christie. That’s the ticket that would make Ann swoon, and the base sit out the election. Why not nominate someone the base can enthusiastically get behind, and let the Republican left compromise their non principles?
Romney ran a half-assed campaign, almost as bad as McCain’s, and there is no reason to expect better from him against Hillary. The Republican left doesn’t have the stomach for offending Democrats, not like they do for attacking the Tea Party, where the base resides.

Coulter supports Romney because he’s an ex- governor. She is 100 percent right when she says that in the modern era, only governors and senators win the presidency. Congressmen don’t win. Businessmen don’t win. Doctors don’t win. She wants to WIN, and you don’t, unless you’re a governor or senator.
Who had a better chance of beating Obama last time around? Herman Cain? Newt Gingrich? Congressmen and businessmen? Make me laugh.
Hispanics like getting other people’s money. That’s why they vote Democrat.
As frustrating as her alliances with fat, GOP-e, “moderate”, used car salesmen have been, I believe Ann has been consistent on this issue.
Romney precedes Cruz in the above paragraph because Cruz is getting nutty on immigration, again. His latest immigration plan is to stop illegal immigration by bringing in all the same people legally

The GOP knows that the Hispanic population are breeding like rats out of control and it won’t be long before the party will lose every election if they don’t pander to them now.
Worse yet, Obama is bringing in even more Hispanics through the “back door” to help their population grow even faster. The Democrats feed them with free food, house them with free hovels to live in, make sure they are healthy with free medical care and everything else that a Utopian society and ensure they produce more “free” babies who will certainly result in permanent control of our country by “them.” And...that means Democrats.
History will write that the death of the country known as the United States of America was caused by Obama and the stupid voters who danced to the tune of this magical “pied piper” who lured the weak-minded voters to their demise.
Get out the WHITE vote. Run against amnesty and Obama phones. They’ll get the message without liberals screaming the R word at you
